What a great tour! Our guide Michael was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us excellent information about the history of the island as well as the current lifestyle of islanders. He was able to answer all our questions. With how chaotic driving is, I really recommend hiring a great guide like Michael instead of trying to drive yourself around Grenada. We got to see lots of the island and had some great stops for chocolate, spices, and seeing the traditional rum distillery was very cool.

Had a great day with guide Michael. Really friendly and good sense of humour. Learnt so much about all aspects of Grenada from him and was able to answer all our questions. Both chocolate and rum estate tours were really informative with excellent guides. Lovely traditional Grenadian lunch at Belmont estate. Thanks once again for a great day Micheal. Our ‘group’ tour was just the 2 of us .! So a great start.! Our guide Michael was absolutely tremendous. So knowledgeable about the history of Grenada, great conversation, courteous and more. A lovely chap. We had a great day with him and the 3 of us had lunch together at the Belmont Estate. No monkeys sighted though at Grand Etang..! A real glimpse into the history of how things were done all those years ago. Absolutely fascinating. Throughout the day, Michael was telling us all about the history of St. George’s and Grenada as a whole, stopping at various places to point things out. Highly recommend this tour and Michael as your guide. A must when in Grenada. Andy & Emma. UK.

This tour was absolutely brilliant. We were so keen to see the chocolate factory and the oldest rum distillery in the western world! With working water mill! And it didn’t disappoint. The food for lunch was fantastic, with a pre appetiser of many different types of chocolate before at the chocolate factory and a tipple of rum in the afternoon. Seeing so much of the beautiful island of Grenada was a real privilege and our tour guide Rolley was informative and such great company. I highly recommend this tour.

Michael was our guide. He knew more about the history than I could retain. He knew from the inception of the first tribes from Venezuela through the French, English occupation. He talked about current affairs and concerns. I trusted his driving. He seemed to know about several hidden gems on the island as well as knowledge about the normal sites on the tour. He was always able to find good spots for pictures. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Fantastic island tour with Michael. So knowledgeable about history of the island past and present.
A little bit of St. Georges history and tour first. Then we drove over to the NE side of the island via the highest pass on the island and stopped at a lake in a crater in a national park. It was raining and cloudy so couldn’t see much up there. Took us to the plantation where we had a great cocoa making experience, had spiced cocoa tea (yum) and their chocolate is wonderful. Lunch was very tasty in their lovely dining.
We then went on to the rum distillery which is a very interesting historical location too. No complaints about the rum either.
45 minute drive back to St. Georges with some more history thrown in.
WELL worth the money.

Michael was AMAZING!!!! I could not recommend him more!!! My parents and I had a fantastic time exploring the island and we learned so much from him. Definitely request him as your guide!!!

We had a wonderful day touring and learning about the island! Our tour guide Michael was an amazing host, addressing members of the tour by name. He was both personable and knowledgeable sharing his insights on everything from farming, past and present history as well as geological phenomena. Truly a great day!!
