This tour exceeded my expectations! Our two guides were very professional and kept everyone safe at all times. The walk through the forest was amazing with several river crossings. The jump off the ledge was exhilarating and the rope swing was fun. I highly recommend this company. Please note that you will be getting wet at least up to your knees as you cross the rivers -- more so when you jump in the Blue Hole!

Die Tour wurde am Abend vorher ohne Grund vom Veranstalter storniert! So etwas geht gar nicht, würde diese Tour mit dem Veranstalter nicht mehr buchen! Mussten uns dann kurzfristig nach Ersatz umschauen!

Thanks much for your review however the minimum requirement from the cruise ship was not met so the tour could not have taken place. We are once again sorry that you didn't read the tour description.

We purchased tickets to Blue Hole through Cool Blue Hole. We went directly to the office to purchase the tickets because we had our own car. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful with directions to their location to access Blue Hole. Once there, the location had plenty of parking and restrooms available for use. We met up with our tour guide Conrod who did an excellent job of guiding us to Blue Hole which was absolutely beautiful. We had such a good experience using Cool Blue Hole that we went back to the office a few days later and purchased tickets to go on a bamboo raft on the White River. Once we parked at the starting location for the rafts we met up with our tour guide Beckham who, just like our first tour guide, was phenomenal. His raft was well taken care of and comfortable. Beckham was very friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend using Cool Blue Hole and their quality tour guides!

We had a great experience with 2 amazing guides from Cool Blue Hole.
While this “Blue Hole” entrance and operator is a mile further than the larger and more popular one, the price is the same, the walk to the (exact same) spot is shorter and most importantly we had 2 guides dedicated to our group of 3 rather than handling a large group.
Our guides were most concerned with our safety followed by making sure that we had fun. At the very start one of the guides took my phone to take a picture of us and held it the entire time taking pictures and videos as needed - no having to buy them.
Once at the hole there were vendors selling souvenirs, there was a full bar and MJ like any good Jamaican event. However, it was still VERY kid friendly and everyone was well under control.
One item to note - as good swimmers we opted against life preservers which I wouldn’t do again. It seemed like everyone else was wearing one and once I hit the water I wish I had one too. Better safe than sorry.

The actual experience was great, however make sure your phone is attached to you securely. I dropped mine in the river and was promised that if found would be returned to me, however we were able to track the phone from the site all the way to an address in Ocho Rios. The company have refused to accept responsibility for the staff's actions. We are now treating the phone as stolen and as of the time of leaving Jamaica a stolen report has been lodged with the Police.

Thanks much for your feedback however after carefully checking all person information that came to the Cascade Blue hole property we did not find your name so maybe this rating is for 1 of the other 4 entry/property of the Blue hole but not for us. No phone was stolen. We are sorry about your experience and we hope nothing like that will never happen again.

We had an amazing experience!! We were a large group of 16. Since the minute they picked us up they were friendly, professional and a lot of fun. We were provided Jamaican history, listened to music and had great conversation all day. Ocho Rios was amazing, the waterfall jump was thrilling and fun. The overall experience was amazing. The tube ride was great as well. Everyone we interacted with Ocho Rios with was amazing.
The pictures the photographer Richy took of our group were awesome! Memories we will always have thanks to them.
My family and I highly recommend this excursion!! Everyone was wonderful.
We plan to visit again and will definitely connect again!

We had an amazing time on this excursion and received true VIP service. We started our journey by tubing down the White River. Our tour guide was amazing and we essentially had a full stretch of the River to ourselves for a good 40 mins or so. The Blue Hole experience included a personal photographer and VIP treatment which included a massage with limestone, a hike, and cliff jumping. The waterfalls were amazing!!! Our guide Richard was super accommodating and very friendly! Overall this was an Amazing experience and I highly recommend booking through this company!

Charged $20 to jump on the water 3 times. Complete waste of money.

I'm confused about departure time, will you be available to wait for the cruise landing? Your departure is 8am, but the cruise will land around 9am. If you could i will book now.
