Truly enjoyed our two day tour through the Inoshowen peninsula.

My family and I had so much fun with Henry as we traveled around beautiful Donegal! He's knowledgeable, hilarious, and an excellent driver. We saw so many beautiful sites and Henry adjusted the schedule based on the weather so we were able to make the most of the sunshine. Thanks for a great trip, Henry! Hope to see you on our next trip over.

We had a great time on our tours with Henry. Donegal is beautiful and Henry is knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Donegal Tour Guide.

It's grand when the tour comes to an end and you are happy, because it was such an marvelous experience, and sad, because you don't want it to be over. I so enjoyed every kilometer and every bit of conversation. Henry is what I would craft in the making of a tour guide: deep knowledge of the land, wry humor, a storyteller / chronicler / narrator / poet.

We were looking to explore Donegal on our own utilizing two rental cars for our group in hopes of saving some money on that part of the trip. We came across Donegal Tour Guide and reached out to Henry. After a brief conversation, we decided to book three days with Henry. This was easily the best experience of our time in Ireland… Not that the remaining days of our trip were anything short of spectacular. Henry was timely in communication prior to arriving and helped us feel comfortable with what our plans were.
On day one, once the group was in the van, Henry made sure he had an itinerary that checked everyone’s list. He helped coordinate the time and place for our son to propose to his now fiancée… the top of Sliabh Liag cliffs. He provided historical stories and great conversation while escorting us through his beautiful country. We would never been able to experience Ireland in this immersive way on our own, let alone find some of the places we went with Henry.
We hope to return to Ireland again and see parts that we did it have the time to really get to. We will definitely book time with Donegal Tour Guide when we come back.
We can not thank Henry enough for the service, professionalism and genuine kindness he showed our family. It truly was impactful and a lifelong memory

Where to start...communication with the company is great! I was able to either talk to or email Henry and receive an immediate reply. He was able to answer all my questions to help my group to prepare for a great day. We were a group of 6 on a cruise around Ireland. We were picked up promptly at the appointed time at the cruise port in a very clean Mercedes SUV. Once introductions were made we were off on a journey across Donegal with an extremely knowledgeable person that really loves his home. Henry is a plethora of information. He driving was wonderful. We went to so many wonderful places, all of which he could give a story to. I can not say enough positive about the service he provided and the tour he gave. What I can say is the next time I am in Ireland I will definitely reach out for his services again. If you want to learn about Ireland in comfort and enjoy the day you should try this tour.

My wife and I spent a day with Henry in June. He is a superb guide who felt like a friend right away. He has a wealth of knowledge, communicates well and also a safe driver. His vehicle is roomy and clean and very nice. Highest recommendation for Henry!

The tour was wonderful....so beautiful and interesting. Our whole family group - ranging from my teenager, to my 80-year-old parents - had a fantastic time. Henry's informative, fun, and funny stories and commentary were the best. So very glad that we booked with the Donegal Tour Guide!!

We had an amazing time in Donegal. Henry, Tommy, and the team gave my family an awesome tour. Henry and is team are professional, knowledgable, and fun. We learned some much about Donegal and would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to explore Ireland. We loved seeing Sliabh Liag, Glencolmcille, and other important areas of Donegal. They knew where to stop for pictures, important facts about each area, and the rich history of Ireland. We were so happy with our tour and time spent in Donegal.

My two adult daughters and I had an absolutely wonderful time spent with Henry Doohan. He picked us up at Dublin airport and drove us to Donegal; the next day he toured us around South Donegal; and the last day found the gravesite of our Scotch-Irish ancestors in a falling down abbey near Manorcunningham before taking us back to Dublin.
I highly recommend Henry! He's personable, funny and knowledgeable as well as a great driver.
