We are sorry to hear that your expectations regarding the tour are not fulfilled. I would like just to explain a few things you mentioned. According to our schedule, which is clearly visible on our website, the time you spend in Mostar is up to 3,5 hours. We think that it is enough time to have a walking tour with a local guide and a free time later to have some lunch or just to walk around. The walking tour is included in the price but it is up to you weather you wish to go or not. I undestand that it might be hot, but that is the part that we can't influence. I am sorry to hear that the waterfalls were a disoppointement for you as the most of our guests are delighted (you can check other reviews). Regarding the stop at Počitelj, this season it was not possible to visit it as the road which leads there was closed. Once we had that information, we removed the visit of Počitelj from the description of the tour, but maybe you booked the tour before that. Once again, I am sorry to hear that you have not enjoyed the tour as others did. Thank you for being honest and we hopefully see you again in the future.
