La organización no es el fuerte de este operador, empezando por el caótico lugar de encuentro (en una zona de mucho paso de diferentes grupos) así como de su deficitaria organización interna. Ello llevó a que me perdiera el tour y no me dieran opción alguna de solucionar el tema. El servicio de atención al cliente muy desafortunado.
Hay maneras mucho más efectivas de ver la ciudad, a evitar.

New York at night tour was a nightmare because our busdriver dropped us off fifty blocks away from the destination because she wants to end her shift. the tour started late and becomes more late with the traffic situation so she decided with the okay of her bus the tour ends in greenwich village not at Rockefeller Center today. the tour was good but we couldn’t recommend this company.

I am glad you enjoyed the tour, Manhattan’s view from Weehawken is spectacular and there are no other tours taking you there! I am really sorry for the misunderstanding about the return to Midtown after the tour.
The tour started promptly at 5 pm (we ask participants to arrive earlier to depart on schedule). On Fridays, some participants end their tour in Greenwich Village to attend a dinner as part of a special program, while others continue on the bus to the final stop in Midtown. The Guide told me that she spoke to you and understood that you wanted to be dropped off in Greenwich Village, which is one of the centers of New York City nightlife.
From what you wrote on the other platform Getyourguide - where you purchased the service - the driver asked his superior and he responded that he couldn't take you to Midtown. The driver works for an external Bus Company with whom we collaborate but do not own. You should have spoken with the Guide, and we would have made sure that the bus brought you back to Midtown without any problems.

I'm sure the tour would have been wonderful and my older parents and I were really looking forward to it. The tour was going to be great after a full day of walking around Manhattan. Unfortunately, with less than a days notice, our tour got canceled. They tried to reschedule us for a day that wasn't going to work. I understand the driver was sick, but maybe having a back up driver would have been nice.

Mi dispiace tanto che non siamo riusciti a trovare un autista sostitutivo per il tuo tour. Purtroppo, non siamo ancora tornati al personale pre-pandemia. Spero di vederti in uno dei nostri tour in futuro. Buone vacanze.

Really good, brief, yet comprehensive overview of Manhattan. The tour guide, Erika, was so knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of both the historical and current aspects of this amazing city.

Siamo rientrati da una settimana dal ns. viaggio in America, che ci ha portato per alcuni giorni anche a N.Y.
Grazie al tour organizzato con OpenTours dal ns. tour operator , il giro di N.Y di alcune zone, che per noi sarebbero state difficili da raggiungere o complicate per gli spostamenti, è stato molto bello e interessante.
Con piccoli pulmini, più snelli per muoversi nel traffico, è stato semplice spostarsi, mentre la guida Andrea, ci arricchiva degli aspetti nascosti della N.Y. che stavamo vedendo. Con il tour Triboro, dal Dakota building, davanti a Central Park con il mosaico di John Lennon, passando per il memoriale dell’ 11 settembre, molto toccante e intenso. Poi Little Italy, con i suoi quartieri colorati e pittoreschi. Poi sosta al Flatiron building, primo grattacielo costruito a N.Y. con pausa caffè da Eataly. Tour interessante, anche se a tratti è stato anche solo panoramico non permettendoci di vedere senza scendere dal bus, in quanto se ti trovi dalla porta opposta della visuale dell’autobus, non vedi proprio niente! Il Lincon Center è stato uno di questi, oppure il toro nel distretto finanziario, un vero peccato! Comunque nel complesso la visita è stata positiva e molto ricca.
Grazie al tour organizzato con OpenTours dal ns. tour operator , il giro di N.Y di alcune zone, che per noi sarebbero state difficili da raggiungere o complicate per gli spostamenti, è stato molto bello e interessante.

Tour utile per avere una infarinata generale della città e capire come muoversi, volendo si può approfittare per chiedere qualche info utile alla guida. Non ricordo il suo nome ma siamo capitati con un ragazzo molto preparato e disponibile, peccato per il forte accento americano perché a volte si faceva fatica a capire qualche parola. Unica vera pecca del tour, per la pausa ci hanno portato da Eataly, con tutto quello che di tipico si può mangiare a New York, siamo andati nel posto più caro e meno newyorkese di New York!

Abbiamo effettuato il tour con la guida Fabrizio, che da subito si è mostrato arrogante e pieno di sé: "io vi racconto la verità" é stata la frase più sentita e più ridicola sinceramente. Dalle altre recensioni si intuisce che costui é noto per quanto svolga male il proprio lavoro e per quanto lasci la clientela insoddisfatta.
Se beccate lui chiedete di cambiare giorno perché ci sono altre guide di assoluta qualità e professionalità.
Caro Fabrizio, la vuoi sapere la "verità"? Te la dico io: cambia lavoro e riversa le tue frustrazioni su altro.
Assolutamente insoddisfatta, spero che leggendo queste recensioni opentours si faccia due domande!
Se beccate lui chiedete di cambiare giorno perché ci sono altre guide di assoluta qualità e professionalità.

Abbiamo fatto questo tour con la "guida" Fabrizio, il quale era già disturbato per il fatto di dover lavorare di domenica (a sua detta) e per di più in una giornata piovosa e in doppia lingua. Risultato: il tour è stato un disastro. In alcuni punti non ci siamo neanche fermati, es. Il Chelsea market previsto nel tour (che solo successivamente abbiamo scoperto essere al chiuso, quindi visitabile nonostante la pioggia). Fabrizio è risultato arrogante e presuntuoso, non ci ha lasciato nulla culturalmente, a parte considerazioni personali e banali sulla vita costosa della città. Evitate tour con lui, soldi buttati!

Abbiamo partecipato a questo tour prenotato dalla mio tour operator in Italia e ci siamo trovate benissimo, eravamo pochi (15) in tutto quindi Sergio (la guida) ha potuto illustrarci perbene e nel dettaglio tutti i luoghi che abbiamo visitato.
In alcuni momenti ci siamo fatti anche delle belle passeggiate, cose abbastanza difficile se si è in tanti.
Guida molto preparata e disponibile, tramite lui abbiamo poi deciso di prenotare il tour New York by Night (con un altra guida...Fabrizio) che si è rivelato anch'esso ottimo...bravi..buon lavoro !
In alcuni momenti ci siamo fatti anche delle belle passeggiate, cose abbastanza difficile se si è in tanti.
Guida molto preparata e disponibile, tramite lui abbiamo poi deciso di prenotare il tour New York by Night (con un altra guida...Fabrizio) che si è rivelato anch'esso ottimo...bravi..buon lavoro !

Despite a late start this was a fabulous tour. John did an excellent job and made the tour informative and fun. It was the perfect mix of walking and driving. There were nine stops in total scheduled for the tour and none of the stops were taxing on my companions of more advanced years. It was great.

Our tour was in English, but there was an Italian tour being given at the same time by the same company. I imagine a tour is available in most languages. We were the only two on our tour with a guide and driver, but the van could hold six or so. I am sure a larger group could be accommodated in a larger van.
Is this tour conducted in English only? What is the maximum number of passengers?
