We had stayed in the hotel Sagar Savli Grand during our visit in January 2023.
The beach is just across the road from the hotel. You cross the road and after crossing some rough patch of ground you are on the beach.
What strikes you is the absence of the crowd
We visited the beach, and strolled around, went for a long walk along the beach and let the waves break around our feet. We were the only people on the beach.
In the morning it was quite an invigorating experience to repeat yesterday evening's activity and go for a long walk along the beach. Dilip even had a dip in the sea. I would have also loved to do it, but am very susceptible to catching a cold so avoided it.
Surprisingly the beach has black sand. When enquired about it at the hotel we were told that large ships, oil tankers etc discharge waste oil in the sea. The discharged oil causes the sand to become black. Clear clean sand did not feel as if it was blackened by the discharged oil. Maybe some other reason for this phenomenon.

The beach is of black sand and not white sand.water in muddy contain oily stuff unclear water. One can not have sea bath not at all recommended.Does not have water sports.

had a good time there as our resort was just hop skip and jump from the beach, children and their fathers enjoyed, used to go 2 times a day and spend atleast 6 hrs a day there

The beach is reasonably clean and is about 2 km long. It has a combination of brown and black sand with rocks spread out too. Good enough for a morning or evening walk.

Visited this Beach on recent trip of Dapoli... This is comparatively less crowded and Bit more clean as compared to other Beached in Dapoli.
Overall all a good visit if you are Dapoli.
Note : Govt Permissions are still pending so all Water sport activity are currently not functional here (As On Oct 2021)

The beaches were empty because of the Covid restriction you can enjoy your private beach. There is no such activities at this time.

Clean and beautiful beach ... you can walk long stretches without any rocky patches. Good for a dip or just sit on the rock barriers dividing the beach and the road.

It was nice experience but it was not clean beach ,there were platic scattered everywhere on the beach so we can't even sit on that beach
So we didi not enjoyed any activity on that beach.

Karde Beach is an extension of the 'Murud Beach' but is more secluded and does not have any water sports activities or food stalls either. If you enjoy solitude and privacy on a beach, you will like Karde. But if you prefer people around you or vie for water activities then Murud is the place to be.
Too much seclusion can seem scary at times. Karde is ideal for you if your hotel is located on its coastline. That way you still have your room to go to if loneliness hits you.

Yes it is available, but water is not clear as in Tarkarli. And it is under test run. So better to go to tarkari for Scuba diving.

Among all the beaches in dapoli karde is the most beautiful one . I would suggest Sagar Sawali Beach Resort Karde . Nice location all sea facing rooms . One of the popular and well known hotel brand last 25 years .
How one can get the contact number or details of Sagar Resort ? How the booking system works ? Can someone please help here ?

I did not see any camp fires on the beach at night when we visited in December (prime season for camp fires). There are couple of beach shacks selling excellent food and there were people patronizing the shacks at night and enjoying the starry night and cool breeze on the beach. But once you step out of the hotel area; the beach is completely dark with only moon / star light illuminating the scene.
Our hotel Sagar Raj resort provided a camp fire after dinner in their premise every night and it was enjoyable.
But as others have pointed out; it may not be a good idea during summers.
