Yes, you can arrive earlier and get tickets for your group of 4, assuming that you will be part of the hourly public tour guided by a docent. You just need to let the staff know the number of adults, children, students and seniors in your group and the time you'd like to visit. You will get a small sticker per each person in your group to put on hand or clothes for admission. Please see my review of Stockholm City Hall for other detail. Have fun!

ciao, ti confermo che ad agosto le visite guidate si intensificano rispetto all'inverno e due volte al giorno può essere fatta anche in italiano. gli orari li trovi sul sito quando ci si avvicina ai mesi estivi. oppure direttamente al municipio dove sono ben visibili su uno schermo. il giardino esterno è visitabile gratuitamente senza guida, ma consiglio di fare la visita interna perchè è un luogo molto bello. la torre è visitabile a pagamento con un biglietto a parte che conviene fare anticipatamente perchè si esaurisce velocemente. inoltre fai attenzione agli orari, nei paesi nordici chiudono molto presto. buon viaggio
