It's very convenient.
Although there is a guide in Japanese, the details are still in English, so I translated the detailed steps.
I didn't know that I had to take a photo of my luggage before leaving it at the hotel front desk, so I emailed Airportels and they took the photo for me.
The response was quick and reassuring.
I think I'll be able to use it more smoothly next time.

Used their online services to book a Hotel to Hotel delivery of a 13kg suitcase from Bangkok to Phuket. Email communication was fine until the suitcase got picked up. We were told it would arrive from 25 Sept 12pm within a 2-3 day timeframe so anytime btwn 25 and 28 Sept. I emailed regularly to ask for updates and to be given the tracking link. You need to be proactive and follow-up, otherwise, you don't receive updates. We arrived in Phuket on 24 Sept and warned reception + checked everyday for our suitcase. On 26 Sept, I emailed Airportel to ask about the status of my luggage and was told it got delivered on 22 Sept. We found it left outside, next to the mail and parcel area. We were very lucky that no one stole it in the 4 days it was left there. All went well but the lack of communication and Luggage safety made the while experience quite nerve-wracking. Good points are it got delivered earlier than announced and it was safely wrapped in cardboard and plastic.

Just the seamlessness and friendliness of the service as well as being 4 times cheaper than the 'official' airport storage option. Airport Information had not even heard of these guys, yet a short walk, and you have a superb option and great value .... wish other airports had such alternatives ! Thank you Airportel

This review is for BKK Left luggage at arrivals. 100 Baht/day, cash only. This is Bellugg and it is next to the Tourist Police Station. You drop off your bag, they X ray it and it goes “inside” and they give you a receipt. When you pick up, you pay cash and get your bags back. There was no line when we went, and at pickup we had to wait maybe 2 minutes to get our bags. Very convenient for a short layover in Bangkok. I would use them again. We didn’t leave any valuables and locked our bags before we dropped them off.

Good instructions provided to locate driver. Our driver was waiting for us at the pick up point and was extremely helpful.

I can say I recommend this service to you who will travel to Thailand. As easy as 1 2 3, you just have to book (I booked via klook), choose your departure date and pick up point, and in the morning on your arrival date, you just need tp drop your luggage at the reception, take picture of your luggage and send email to them. Then you don't need to worry about your luggage, you don't have to bring along your heavy luggage on your last day, you can go anywhere you want, and your luggage arrived safely ontime (even earlier than your choosen time) on your choosen airport.

We have our luggage transfer from Don Muang to Suvarnabhumi which was great as it free us up for more shopping.
