We experienced a trip of a lifetime! Peruvian Odyssey designed our customized trip with much detail. Marco and his expert team were patient and sensitive to our needs. Uncertainty, responsibility, and stress were taken off our shoulders. We were treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Our 1st class guides were knowledgeable on time and helpful.
During the two weeks, we felt we had several mini trips: The cosmopolitan city of Lima, the imperial city of Cusco, the artistic community of Willoq, the ultimate Machu Picchu Hike- The Inca Trail, the floating villages of Lake Titicaca, the wildlife heaven of Paracas – The Ballestas Islands, the cloud forest, the mysterious Nazca lines, Huacachina – the desert Oasis of Peru surrounded by the highest sand dunes in South America, the astonishing Maras Salt Mines, The Sacred Valle, with its important archaeological sites and beautiful natural landscapes, the unforgettable Vistadome train ride from Puno to Cusco, the miniature Andean Village in Villa Tipon, Rainbow Mountain with its stunning display of color, the delicious food and charming-comfortable hotels, and finally “what we all came for” The Magnificent- Historic - Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.
Peruvian Odyssey made the complicated logistics of our trip look easy. We thank God and your company for the great success of our trip. It was better than expected! we are incredibly grateful.
Helpful tips: Bring small bills for tips, exchange some cash for soles, dress in layers, see your doctor before your trip to get a prescription for prevention to high altitude sickness, buy altitude prevention patches in Amazon and motion sickness patches, do not drink the water unless it comes in a bottle or bring a filter.
Limit your alcohol intake to one drink a day, eat small meals. Prepare physically for hiking and walking longer than usual. Bring hiking shoes and tennis shoes. Do not bring small children. And finally, please, hire "Peruvian Odyssey" to put your trip together. We highly recommend them.

Peruvian Odyssey created the perfect itinerary for us and our friends! They made sure we saw all of the places we wanted to see and also incorporated things we never would have thought of. We were able to experience the true Peruvian culture in a comfortable, safe environment. We were taken care of every step of the way making our journey relaxed and stress free. We felt more like family than clients. I highly recommend using Peruvian Odyssey on your next trip to Peru!

Peruvian Odyssey Tours was amazing right up until the last moments of our week long trip. The tour guide, assistants were there to meet and care for us at every turn. Inka sites like Sacsayhuama'n, Machu Picchu and the temples in Cusco were highlights. Peruvian Odyssey took care of in country flights, entrance fees and hotels. All we had to do was show up and enjoy ourselves. We are returning again next year with our dental mission group and we will be with Peruvian Odyssey! Thank you so much for your care.

Marco and his group of amazing guides made our experience fabulous. Lodging and dinners were fabulous. We have done this trip with Peruvian Odyssey 13 years and would recommend it to anyone.

We just returned from a 14 day trip to Peru all arranged and organized by the company Peruvian odyssey.we have extensively travelled around the world but have never come across the degree of attention detail provided by them. The guides were informative, kind, funny, caring, articulate and obviously passionate about their country. It felt like we were traveling with close family members. We now think of them as friends for life. We visited the sacred valley, Manchu picchu, paracas, Nazca lines and the Amazon. There is a lot more to see and we will be back for more and would not imagine to travel with anybody else except Peruvian Odyssey!!! See you soon Marco, Chris and Mitch.

It was a wonderful two weeks put together where we (a group of 20+) visited the mountain region of Peru including an amazing tour of Machu Pichu along with other Archaeological sites of similar if not greater importance in our first week. We also visited the coastal and desert region of Peru in Paracas which included a visit to the world famous Nazca lines and culminating with four days in the exotic Amazonian jungle of Peru. It was like three vacations put together in one.

For our five days trip to Cusco and its surrounding region, we for sure made the right call choosing Peruvian Odyssey Day Tours. Starting from the city tour through the centrum of the old Inka empire, Cusco, over the impressive Inka sites of Sacsayhuamán, Pisac and Ollantaytambo all the way to famous Machu Picchu, we can say that we really learned a lot about the Inka time thanks to the high quality of the tours and the tourguides, who managed to convey their knowledge in an interesting and exciting manner. The tours were perfectly organized and on time, for us it was just the right amount of input to be covered within a five-days-stay. We felt safe and in best hands throughout the tours and can only recommend!

A group of 8 traveled with Peruvian Odyssey for 10 days. It was fantastic, our guide was wonderful, a trained archeologist and travel guide with Excellent English. Everything was taken care of, tickets for trains, buses, entrances, hotels, planes. Amazing. When we missed a flight, the guide rebooked us, got luggage tags and boarding passes while we ate breakfast. The itinerary was just perfect- plenty of time to see the sights with time for rest and to do our own thing. I can’t recommend Peruvian Odyssey enough.

Just returned from a fabulous trip to Peru arranged by Peruvian Odyssey. I expected Machu Picchu to be great and it was, but the additional sites in and around the Sacred Valley were equally and in some cases more impressive. The guides provided expert knowledge of pre-Inka, Inka and Colonial cultures as well as Peru today. The travel arrangements and accommodations were excellent. While there was an issue with one hotel, it was quickly resolved. Pre-trip emails were answered promptly. A couple of us changed our minds about what we wanted included, and Peruvian Odyssey handled the changes graciously. It always felt like we were getting personalized service.

My wife and I just got back from Peru and we loved it! Peruvian Odyssey took care of everything! They helped us every step of the way! Peruvian Odyssey is a fantastic organization and provided Excellent Service, Excellent Drivers and Excellent Guides!!!
We toured They Sacred Valley for two days, Machu Picchu, and did Cusco for several nights. We cannot thank Marco and his wonderful staff enough. We highly recommend this tour agency!

We were hoping to hike MP but all passes have sold out for Sept 2015 so now looking at Salkantay tour through Peruvian Odyssey. Marco has been very helpful over email but I wondered if you could comment on this possible option for us. Thank you!

I have no beef whatsoever with Marco & his tour operations. He is constantly in touch with his guides, extremely knowledgeable, competent, punctual, and true to his word in addition to answering any & all questions presented by his customers.
