We had a wonderful time. Our guide, Simone has been really kind and friendly and flexible. His laugh is worth the price of admission. The hike is rigorous though so please confirm that will be appropriate for you.

After a friend's recommendation, we decided to book with Qoricancha Expeditions, believing they would be the perfect tour company to introduce us to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. They exceeded our expectations in every aspect. If you are looking for a tour or guide for the Sacred Valley area, look no further. You’ve come to the right place!
Starting with the planning and booking process, Johan was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He ended up organizing both the Sacred Valley tour and the Machu Picchu visit. He was quick to answer our questions and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process.
Our guide was David, and our driver was Marco. They arrived right on time each day, and the van we rode in was very comfortable. David speaks excellent English, has over 20 years of tour experience, and possesses a wealth of knowledge about the Sacred Valley area and Incan history. He is very enthusiastic when sharing his knowledge of his country and culture, and he conveys this enthusiasm to his clients. David was also our guide for Machu Picchu. We received a wealth of information about each site (Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley). He had extensive knowledge of the history, and we got to hear the real story behind everything! We walked around the ruins and learned about the history of the Incas.
Thank you to everyone at Qoricancha Expeditions, especially David and Marco, for making our trip to Peru unforgettable!

Our family of four had an incredible two-day tour of the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. Victor was an outstanding guide, extremely positive, professional, and knowledgeable about the relevant history of the sights we visited. Although Machu Picchu was as spectacular as one would expect, our favorite experiences occurred on the first day. We visited different sites, each with its unique Incan history, and each offering something special. The days were long, but the exceptional food served along the way made the experience unforgettable.
We really cannot put into worlds how amazing this tour was for us thanks to Qoricancha Expeditions and their incredible, most professional and friendly team!!!

My friends and I booked the 2 day Inca Trail hike with Qoricancha Expeditions, it was a wonderful time and experience.
The hike: A solid day of hiking in our group of 7 to reach Machu Picchu. Visiting interesting inca sites along the way. The hike was challenging but manageable as you navigated up and down the mountains and through the jungle. Breathtaking views as you enter Machu Picchu from above. Very few people as you enter Machu Picchu in the late afternoon when the crowds have left and early in the morning before they arrive.
The hotel: Situated in the beautiful town of Aguas Calientes, our hotel was modern and offered gorgeous views overlooking the river. Breakfast was excellent.
The guide: Simon was excellent. Friendly, experienced, informative, passionate about the culture and history of the Incans, he made sure everyone in the group was taken care of and comfortable.
The tour company. Everything was really well organized starting from the pretrip meeting, the drivers, purchasing of bus and train tickets, hotel and restaurant reservations, storing of extra luggage, and ensuring our safe return to our hotels, we felt we were in good hands througout. Thanks Simon and Qoricancha Expeditions for a wonderful time. Highly recommend them!

After we contacted many tour agencies in Cusco we have decided to go with Qoricancha Expeditions, We did the Classic 4 days Inca Trail Trek to Machu Picchu and it was incredible! Our guide, Simon impressed us with his in-depth knowledge of the region and his passion for helping others experience it. He had just the right blend of being informative without being overly talkative. He gave us time and space to hike alone, but kept tabs on us and hiked alongside us much of the time, as well. While ours was not a trek without some difficulties, Simon handled them calmly and professionally. A special shout out to our chef, Julian for three amazing meals per day that rivaled any restaurant meals that we had while in Peru! And thank you to Juan and the rest of our porter crew for a job well done. You are all much appreciated and admired. I would recommend Qoricancha Expeditions to friends and family without hesitation. If you are considering traveling to Machu Picchu go with them!

Machu Picchu was a dream destination for such a long time, with all the latest restrictions and changes we decided to put such travel in the hands of someone with experience and well rated in the market. we booked the inca trail package with sacred valley and raimbow mountain with Qoricancha Expeditions which was a perfect combination to see the top atractions.
For this particular tour, we were guided by Simon on the inca trail and Victor in sacred valley and raimbow mountain, both were an outstanding people, they were super helpful in all the process, a lot of extra information also provided and brought us along all the tour within the different paces that we had in our small group. we highly recommend Qoricancha expeditions and its team, you will have a great experience.
