After a three-year break, I am back in India. But for the first time not in Jaipur, but in Kerala. In endless working time pressure, I could not choose where to go and how to organize it. But as soon as I decided that I wanted the sea, yoga, massage, sleep, fruits, and that it was quiet, organized without my efforts, but at the same time flexible and free enough, an option immediately appeared that exceeded all expectations - Ayur Hermitage.
The place is wonderful. A professional team led by Dr. Sreelaja skillfully creates a wonderful almost homely atmosphere. The staff are responsive, hospitable and welcoming. I was very pleased that the hostess sees the personal needs of each guest and patient and responds to them very accurately. I managed to catch a cold, but they put me on my feet in almost three days. Although usually my illness drags on for 3-4 weeks. Dr. Sreelaja got me back on my feet in 3 days and I was able to swim in the sea again. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation and recovery. I hope to come back next year for 3 weeks.

It is my second visit to Ayur Hermitage, which I took after crazy 2.5 years COVID19 story, and I say you right away - it is the best place for recovery of the body and soul. For me personally it was in fact the reunion with family members.
Best Doctor Sree&Family&Team, best personnel, best treatment, best food, top location!
Just back home, but heart is there.

The expertly delivered massages are rejuvenating as Doctor Sreelaja is not only one of the best in Ayurveda treatment, she is efficient and caring too. IMy back and knee pains healed a lot during the 11 days ( 21st Nov to 3rd Dec 2021) at the Ayur Hermitage. Good food, trained masseurs, personal care, and healing make it one of the best in Trivandrum, kerala.

My parents and I were treated at Ayur Hermitage for about 7 days in December 2020 and it was a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic experience!
Dr. Sreelaja is super professional, takes individual attention of everyone and suggests and discusses solutions for your ailments. She is confident and instills confidence in you as a patient as well! We had varying treatments (twice a day on most days, which is great!) throughout the stay.
We stayed at the property during our treatment - and it needs to be specially called out how comfortable the stay was. The room is air conditioned, spacious, has a nice big comfortable bed, hot water and shower. The linen is changed regularly. Another highlight is the food! Your appetite goes up strangely because the body tires out with the massages and so the early lunch timing (around 12:30 - 1) works out perfectly and the food is delicious!
The Ayurvedic food was delicious with large portions. We always felt full but at the same time losing kilos, plus they gave us some good advise to continue our healthy habits and continue losing weight once we are back home. I felt that my body, mind and skin feels much clearer after being there. Both my parents and I lost about 5-6 kg each and still counting. We found that to be very good for just a 12 day stay.
The retreat had a very cosy atmosphere and almost felt like you were at home with such kind people around you. The rooms were always clean and tidy and the staff were very attentive if something was required. I had a fully air conditioned room with hot water and WIFI.

Staff are sincere obident clean rooms they healed my pain ,proper medication ,cultural therapy, enthu team healthy food
I am suffering from Muscular deficiency since more than seven years , did all kind of treatments in alopathy , or tho and so on....none of gave me relief from my severe pain neither any relief....pain killers and steroids would have almost weeken me more b4 which being lucky I got to know about Ayurvedic Treatment...Yes our Indian orgin Medication , Therapy , Treatment is inhelping me improve my deficiency and bringing my strength back to do normal day to day activities which was not atall able to do earlier.
Guys just a note please have a treatment in Ayurveda if you are suffering from any kind of issues more on going for alopathys or medicines like pain killers or steroids.
Being here since days in Ayur Hermitage I am getting recovered day by day..people over here are too humble sweet all time ready to help....Dr Sreelaja Mam is a specialist in Ayurveda who treated me so well that within few days itself I have started feeling improvement in my body which didnt in past 5 years and more.
Ayur Hermitage is the Perfect and 100% cure place for all human kinds disease pain or issues.

Гостила в аюрведическом центре Аюр Эрмитаж в феврале 2020 года! Приехала сюда по рекомендациям) Доктор Шриладжа покорила меня своей заботой, внимание и удивительно глубокими знаниями аюрведы! Все время чувствовала себя как дома) Заботливый персонал, аюрведические массажи с натуральными маслами, ооочень вкусная еда, ежедневная уборка в номере - все это очень помогло мне восстановить силы и здоровье!
Песчаные пляжи и теплое морюшко совсем рядом с клиникой. По улицам гуляют павлины, в храмах совершают пуджи, работники пляжей следят за безопасностью, сам город утопает в пальмах!
Несомненно, я сама вернусь сюда и всем рекомендую!

My parents and I stayed in Ayur Hermitage for about 12 days and we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we received.
The doctors were very professional and took a personal approach to find the right diet and treatment to suit us all best.
The Ayurvedic food was delicious with large portions. We always felt full but at the same time losing kilos, plus they gave us some good advise to continue our healthy habits and continue losing weight once we are back home. I felt that my body, mind and skin feels much clearer after being there. Both my parents and I lost about 5-6 kg each and still counting. We found that to be very good for just a 12 day stay.
The retreat had a very cosy atmosphere and almost felt like you were at home with such kind people around you. The rooms were always clean and tidy and the staff were very attentive if something was required. I had a fully air conditioned room with hot water and WIFI.
The massage and treatments were excellent and I had most lovely lady with over 10 years experience doing my massage. We are all back in rainy Europe now, but our hearts and minds are very much still there. We are looking forward to returning one day and doing it all over again.Can not wait!!

Thank you Dr Sreelaja for the proper diagnosis and ayurvedic medication for my asthama and hypertension. The massage oil therapy was effective and good.

This place is comfortable and the food is as per diet suggested by the doctor. Less oily but tasty Kerala style veg meals and doctor Sreelaja is usually present during meal times too.The doctor also eats here.
This place is just 1 kilometer away from the very clean Kovalam beach.

I am just back home, but my soul is still there, in amazing Ayur Hermitage with my dearest Dr.Sreelaja, whose doctor's talent is much better than x-ray), her family and perfect team.
The place is excellent for those who are looking for good treatment with visible results at the end, delicious veg food, a friendly attitude, almost hospitality but not for those who are looking for any luxury resort attributes.
You may be provided an option of treatment there without accommodation too.
The location is top convenient to walk to Kovalam beach from one hand and the famous Divane supermarket on the other hand. The alternative to walking by the main road is the path between villas and palms which is longer but so pleasant.
Do not miss a chance to visit Ayur Hermitage. As for me, a countdown to my next visit started)
