Being the person in charge of my company team building event & choosing LWOT is the best decision ever and every staff is responsive. Especially Ms Lavanya who provided great guidance, fast response and her support. Thanks to her everything run smoothly without a hitch. Lunch is great, food taste delicious and my team is happy with the service provided by LWOT. Our team does have fun and happy for the day.

Great place for Children to spend their time and play in the water. Swimming and jumping in the water. Mini zoo was great, kind of mini bird park. Hot spring was good to spend time too. Train ride and few coster ride. 02 big pool with slide, your choice. Anyway it was fun. We spend whole day here with gazebo place to rest and eat.

If there's a chance, let God come again. That's what we feel when we finish our program at the Lost World of Tambun, for a day.
Thank you very much for En Aaron, for helping me and our group so much. Please in terms of food, arrange a comfortable room and package for us to rest, and always be there when we're in trouble.
Side stories:
There was a birthday one of our group. Through Aaron, I learned that the participant's wife was providing a birthday surprise for him. Because, we got to know a little last minute, Aaron helped me take care of the cake, taking the video for us. I was sad to see Aaron, because I saw Aaron too busy making preparations for the surprise. Good job Aaron and the FGS team.
The food served at LWOT was delicious and smooth. Especially mee their curry. Given the heat, it feels authentic eating Perakian.
Hotel Lost World of Tambun has accommodations that are quite interesting to me. Who would have thought you'd stay here overnight, get into their theme park for free. An unforgettable experience.

We got free tickets to the park as included in our stay with Banjaran. We attended the tiger valley feeding show and the music they were playing was extremely extremely loud. This is surely borderline animal abuse as the tiger enclosure is less than 100ft away from 4 mega speakers. I genuinely felt like I was in a club and I could see some other guests covering their ears as the music is so uncomfortably loud.
If the music is already so unbearable for the guests, how can it be okay for the tiger and other surrounding animals? I also struggled to speak to staff members about this as the speakers were blaring. We both needed to shout over the music just so we could hear each other.
We spoke to several staff members/rangers including Charisa who is meant to be exec vet/carerake for the animals. She and her other staff members told us that the animals are "conditioned" to the loud music as they have shows everyday the park is open. Also that she monitors the animals and they don't exhibit unnatural behaviour. Moreover, it seems that the volume of the music has been an issue from what I've read on trip advisor. They have also told me they have been lowering the music down due to previous complaints (not sure how much louder they were playing the music before)
I don't think that is an acceptable response as you can condition animals to do almost everything. I could run a highly unethical circus and tell you this is not animal abuse as the elephants are conditioned to perform the show.
Also I'm not sure why but there is no where to formally lodge a complain to the management of lost world. I will certainly be filing a complain to the relevant authorities about this situation as I also have video proof of the music.
As a company that advertises itself as sustainable, this is highly concerning and quite hypocritical.
I hope something will be done about this but in the mean time, please do not spend your money to support this theme park as the establishment and rangers seem to not care much about the well-being of the animals.

Lost World in Tambun but we almost lost ourselves instead because of how fun we are here, in Sunway Tambun. We are so sad to left our 3 days 2 night experience.
Special shout out to Mr Aaron and FGS team for helping us a lot, from A to Z. I am so sorry for making his (Aaron) life hard due to our complicated requests. 😅
The foods provided were so delicious that we always asked the FnB team to makes more for us. Especially the nasi lemak for breakfast . The foods are variety and guest can choose what to eat .
The comfy room makes me feel like home. really. not to overrated but the room is quite comfy with two people in it. The shower is clean and the amenities is complete. Ease our life tbh .
Anyways, I do recommend Sunway Lost World Tambun for your team building activities .
Definitely, we'll sure repeat if there's any opportunities in future.

My family spent 2 days in the Lost World. The trip was great, the activities were great and so was the surrounding scenery. The crew that were working in the site were great and managed to get around fairly easily.
The park seems to be promoting the concept of recycling, green waste management etc, but the only thing that my family was not happy about was the check at the entrance and the request not to bring any drinking water in. Reluctantly, my family who had full water bottles of drinking water had to throw them away before entering.
I find this is totally against the whole green policy - it is absolutely pointless to be asking their customers to throw their water away with the only option to buy plastic bottles !! I had a long conversation with the person checking my bag and said it was such a ridiculous idea but only to be told they were doing their duties. I hope this policy will change at some point, but other than that it was a great experience.

Just bring along the hotel towels. But bear in mind that with anything in hand, you will then need to rent a locker and it's RM20 for multiple uses throughout the same day only.

We went to the theme park Lost World of Tambun. There is no private cabin (hut) here as this is a public area.
The one you are asking maybe located at the Banjaran Hotspring Retreat which we had not gone before. Maybe you can contact them direct.

Can I check, the infinity pool, crystal pool and the steam cave... Can children enjoys it too.. Like what's the minimum age, or if the water too hot for them..

As far as I concerned, all children can used the pools but of course depends your kids size.. all the pools are open to all ages.. the crystal pools stated water temperature.. some are hot, some are just so so.. try and choose which one suit your kids..

It varies. Depending on the slides. When i went there, my 8 years old kid only able to play kids water slides. The others cannot. But they still enjoy it!
