This delightful gallery is truly a hidden gem in George Town. David’s images of Penang and SE Asia are stunning and a joy to contemplate. Better yet, for those looking to upgrade their home or business decoration, professional quality fine art prints can be bought at the gallery, along with several of David’s award-winning books on Penang. Well worth a visit!

As an art lover and photography beginner, I’ve been learning to see the charm of owning a printed photography work and David showed me the answer. It’s a gallery full of stunning landscape and cultural photo prints that will sweep you off your feet and wish you could’ve seen the places through his eyes. Or more simply, hang one of his works in your home. If you want to see the charm of Penang in a compact time, make his gallery your first stop and enjoy his stories. Penang can be much more beautiful than you expected.

I contacted David for his photo printing services, which I am very satisfied with the photos I got, he is very knowledgeable in the field of photography, a direct result of working for Reuters almost 30 years as photographer. I highly recommend if you want to print BIG.
David’s gallery is a must visit place, by appointment only. He has amazing photos about Malaysia, he works closely with Penang tourism to promote Penang/Malaysia. Kudos to his efforts. Being a Malaysian himself, he is very friendly and helpful to people like me, visiting Penang.

Had our Toastmasters meeting in the gallery, the ambience was superb. We were surrounded with a sense of artistic throughout the whole meeting and it gave us a different experience.
We received very good feedback from our members, they love it!
The table arrangement was well prepared by the studio as well, tell them what you need and they will prepare it for you.
Special thanks to Hafiz for assisting us on that evening. Hafiz has been very helpful.
If you’re looking for a place to held a small group event, this is definitely a great place to go for. Will definitely be back! 🥰

A Tuak Cocktail workshop was organised at David's gallery. We were taken for a tour of the gallery before the workshop started and were surprised to see how the photographs gave a different perspective from what we see through the human eye. Various places in Malaysia which we did not know about before this visit were beautifully captured on the walls of the gallery. David's passion is clearly visible from the way he explained about "putting each piece of work together to create a full picture" of what we are seeing and admiring on his gallery walls. His wife Rebecca shares the same passion as they travel all over to capture amazing images. The gallery also organises various workshops to promote Malaysian culture and food which are always fun and a great way to meet new friends.

An eye-opening experience getting to look at the fantastic photographs of sceneries, cultural studies and heritage sites of Penang and other countries captured by David Loh.
Strongly recommend that everyone check out this gallery for a visual tour of the fine art photographs displayed and support his passion.
Coffee table books are available at such reasonable prices too.

David’s photo gallery is a must visit when in Penang. His gorgeous pictures provide new mind blowing perspectives to sights that one may think one is familiar with. Providing balanced coverage of nature and people, each display collection is an absorbing and intriguing dive into one’s roots and heritage. With his collection of photo art of areas outside of Penang, I am encouraged to travel and observe these new places with a new minds eye. Thanks David and Rebecca for the wonderful experience.

A friend recommended this gallery and David graciouslly showed my wife and me the place and his work. There are many great photos and many more interesting stories behind the photos. It was a surreal experience to discover or rediscover new and old places in Penang and beyond through David's artistic take. This place is highly recommended if you want something different from street arts and street food.
