My wife and I have travelled quite a lot throughout CR and when necessary, we too only use Norman. Norm’s a great guy, always happy, lots of fun and always looking out for our comfort and well-being! He’s also a very safe and knowledgeable driver not to mention also super good at spotting wildlife and at pointing out things that we probably wouldn’t see if we were driving ourselves and focusing on the road and other drivers. We love that we can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! Thanks Norm! We will see you soon!...

My husband and I have travelled over 7000 km throughout Costa Rica over the past 2 years (see picture) and all of this while using Norman’s services. Sure we could have saved some money by renting a car but we would have never seen the country the way we did with Norman. Norman is very professional and is also an extremely good and safe driver. Some parts of Costa Rica had so much fog that we could barely see the road (again, see picture) and yet we felt completely at ease thanks to Norman’s skills as a driver and to his familiarity with all the different roads in his country. Also, Norman was able to show us many amazing little spots along the many different drives, unknown to tourists, and which we probably would have never found no matter how hard we would have looked! He taught us so much about his country, its culture and its wildlife (it’s like Norman has “hawk eyes”; he can spot monkeys, sloths, toucans, macaws, iguanas, red-eyed frogs, reptiles, and so many other different species (including the poisonous ones!!!) in places you would never think of looking!)…Norman was also very helpful in finding restaurants, pharmacies or any store which would address our needs…he even found a doctor when I broke my toes! This said there is a lot of competition in the Costa Rican transport business but Norman’s services rank way up there in the quality-price ratio! We swear by his services and will continue to use and recommend him to everyone we know.

Super attentive customer service and great attention to details!!! From our arrival at the airport Norman was there waiting with our names displayed. He was helpful with bags and making sure we had bottled water ... and inquired about our being hungry, etc. we agreed on traveling plans, on an interesting itinerary for the week, and Norman and his wife were absolutely lovely and helpful with our travel and sightseeing experiences!!! This is our second trip to Costa Rica and both trips we were blessed to have Norman and his transportation service helping us♥️ We will travel there again and this is the only group we will ever use. Call him or text and you can rest assured he will meet you and handle all of your travel needs. Great customer service!!!

Costa Rico is a wonderful country to visit...but the best part of our trip was hiring Transportes Norman Salas Hildago. Norman was a fabulous guide. He knows all about his country and more. He is fluent in English which is a big plus. He told us many interesting stories about Costa Rica and went out of his way to make sure our trip was exciting. He is polite, a gentleman and funny too!! And was always on time.
