Unlike the prior review, I spent the 200 for an overseas visitor which in and of itself was fine. But honestly, if had been free I couldn’t have been less disappointed. Throw in the tuk tuk there and back, a total waste of money and time.

Rip off for foreign tourists.

Very disappointed, refused to go in as Indians charged 100rupees each and foreign tourists 200 rupees each to what is really a craft shop. I refuse to pay that much to go into a place where they want you to spend money.

Superlative place for arts and crafts experience

The first thing that impressed me was the quite, scenic, modern setting inspired by tradition. The campus is nicely planned, stores offer diverse handicrafts to view and purchase. Restrooms and other facilities are clean, the staff and store owners polite and helpful. We spent nearly four hours without even realizing. Superb experience.

Great Setup, Beautiful Crafts

Beautiful setup, loads of interesting shops with a huge variety of crafts. We got to see the handlooms and how the cloths are made. Also has a restaurant and an art gallery. There is a fantastic open air theatre which I'd love to see a play in.

Go before 5pm to see the artists at work, we arrived at 5.30 and wished we had more time!

Beautiful place with beautiful national arts and crafts

A wonderful place to see Kerala‘s unique arts and crafts. You can see in different rooms the various crafts and how it is made. Everything will be explained. It‘s a beautiful and clean place where you can spend a day. There is also a very good restaurant and a children play area. Several sections are still under construction so there will be more to see and enjoy. However, it is already now worth visiting this place.

Courteous helpful staff ample parking clean very interesting arts and crafts exhibited friendly artisans excellent pricing. Food available at the Chef’s table hygienic and tasty.

A wonderful place to see the arts and crafts of Kerala.It is neat and clean, very well planned and kept. It gives local artisans a place to exhibit and interact with visitors. So spend some time here.
Besides the individual spaces, there is also a shopping area....

Very well maintained landscaped spaces and courtyards. A must visit place in Trivandrum. Good shopping experience where you can interact with the artisans and artists directly.
