Further to your request, please find here below the different means of transfer from Charles De Gaulle airport to the Hotel. At first, we have the pleasure to inform you that the Concierge Service will be pleased to arrange a car service pick up from the airport with an English speaking driver, through a Limousine Company. For a one way trip the fares are as follows: from 8 am to 8pm: for a sedan (up to 3 passengers) ………………… = 165€ for a Mercedes, or a mini-bus (up to 8 passengers) = 210€ After 8 pm: 20€ extra charge applies For the pick-up, the chauffeur will be waiting for the guest at his arrival gate, inside the Terminal, after the customs and will be holding a sign showing his name. Should you opt for this option, please kindly contact directly the concierge desk by fax at 33 1 44 36 47 00; in order to make the reservation the flight details are required, as well as a credit card number, its expiry date with the holder’s name and the last 3 digits of the security number that is situated on the back of the card (or on the front for the Amex card); payments by credit card will be charged an extra 3% as hotel tax. The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival in order not to be charged. • Other means of transfer from Charles de Gaulle Airport - CDG: - Taxi: available at the airport; it is not possible to book a taxi in advance. The fare is around 55€, the trip lasts approximately 1 hour. - Bus Direct - (this is a shuttle): from 6am till 10pm: line 4 - direction “Paris Montparnasse”, till the last stop “rue du Commandant Mouchotte”, this stop is situated 50 meters from the hotel, right across the street. From Terminal 1: Arrival Level - follow the sign “Les Cars Air France”, Exit 34. From Terminal 2: Hall A/C follow the sign Paris by bus then Les Cars Air France, Exit C2; Hall B/D same, Exit B1; Hall E/F Arrival Level same, then outside at sign Gallery 3. Departure every 30 minutes, the journey lasts between 1h15 and 1h30. No booking is required. On the way back, one way tickets are available at the concierge desk (bus from 6:00am to 10:30pm). Fares: 17€ per adult (one-way), round-trip 29€, children fare 8,50€ from 2 to 11 years old, and 14.50€ from 12 to less than 25 years. - RER train + Metro: from Terminal 1,2& 3 follow the signage "Paris by train", then “RER B” to Paris, departure every 10 minutes from CDG (from 5am till 11h55 pm), take the RER B direction “Robinson” or “Saint-Rémy-les-Chevreuses”, stop at “Denfert-Rochereau” station then switch to Metro line 6 - direction “Charles de Gaulle Etoile” and stop at “Montparnasse Bienvenüe”. From the platform choose exit "Trains/SNCF", first follow the sign "Trains Grandes Lignes/Sortie (exit) 1 Porte Oceane, then after the iron doors follow the sign “Grandes Lignes”, to your left, take the escalator up to level 0 and go Sincerely Yours. out; outside the train station while facing the Tour Montparnasse, the Hotel is located 2 blocks on your right at 5 minutes walking distance, at 19 Commandant Mouchotte’s street. Fare: 8.50€ per person, the journey lasts around 1h10. We do not recommend this option due the stairs in the stations; neither do we recommend the Roissy Bus option: this bus takes you from the airport to Paris Opera district (9.10€); then from Opera, 2 different metro lines are required to reach the hotel. Hola. Pues no estoy seguro, porque normalmente uso el inglés cuando me dirijo al personal de los hoteles en países donde no se habla español. Pero en París hay un porcentaje altísimo de trabajadores de hostelería que entienden y hablan el español. Imagino que no tendrán problema para entenderse, pero no te lo puedo asegurar. Saludos.
