Nuestras 10 cómodas habitaciones privadas tienen baño con ducha, ventanas y puertas protegidas con mallas antimosquitos, balcón con hamacas para relajarse y disfrutar de una hermosa vista de los paisajes Amazónicos. Los Bungalows cuentan con electricidad las 24 horas, agua purificada, ventilador y Wi-Fi de alta velocidad, es decir un Hotel, pero dentro de la selva de Iquitos.
Estuve con mi pareja durante 3 noches en el Lodge. La experiencia fue increíble, es algo único e irrepetible, desconexión total, recordad que no hay wifi ni cobertura. Nos acompaño el guía Freddy durante toda la aventura, además de su conocimiento de la selva y otros ámbitos, nos ayudo a estar cómodos y que nos sintiéramos seguros, la experiencia es totalmente personalizada a lo que los turistas quieran o estén más interesados en hacer. El resto del staff, estuvo siempre atento a cualquiera de nuestras necesidades. Lo peor son la gran cantidad de mosquitos para los que no estamos acostumbrados, pero me temo que eso no depende del staff...

The lodge is beautiful and the staff were helpful and kind . It is so quiet and beautiful at the lodge you get a real Amazonian experience and immersion into the rainforest in a place that offers safe beautiful accommodations. We were in the jungle working as a nonprofit organization in the communities and not real tourists, even though our team enjoyed the excursions that were offered by the staff. I have worked with Martin, the owner for six years. He is kind and generous and offers much support to the local communities. In June, we came across an orphaned boy living in the village, Martin immediately with his staff brought the little boy a bed. Our foundation took it from there. This is only one example of Martin’s commitment to the locals. The lodge has a certified chef who takes his time to cook meals that appeals to his clients with loving care. Harry, the waiter, is one of the most wonderful people I have ever met in my life. From sun up to sun set he cares for your every need. Harry is also responsible in making sure that all rooms are clean and tidy. I have stayed at this lodge many times and I, along with my team, gives Curassow a 5 star review. We plan on returning this October with our medical team.

The 3 of us got back from an unbelievable Amazon experience! This lodge was perfect from start to finish. Every single staff member was amazing, they made you feel like a VIP and gave 5 star service. The place was clean and comfortable for the 2 night 3 day adventure that we selected. The food was DELICIOUS , every single meal and fresh prepared juices daily were amazing. From the chef to the bartender to maintenance staff and all the boat drivers, all were fantastic and so professional and friendly. Huge shot out to Freddy who was our tour guide during our stay! He was the absolute best guide ever!!!! He is very knowledgeable about the Amazon and everything that comes with it. He got us to see sloths, many different birds, pink dolphins lizards and so much more! Freddy is also a beautiful musician who played for us every night, he is a man of many talents! Thank you Freddy and all the incredible staff who took care of us 3 Canadian girls with our first trip to the Amazon! COVID had hit hard with the lodge having to close for awhile but they are open and ready to host you! So please if you have the chance to go to this place, don’t hesitate and book!

A good place to get to know the wild nature. Sees and hears many different birds and animals. The service and catering are of a very good standard and will be fulfilled quickly upon request. You can ask anything.

Perfect place in the middle of nowhere and next to nothing. Must do when in Iquitos. I do not rembember last time when I had a vacation like that. No mobile signal, no tv but same time all the time in the world, real people and real nature. Already miss the place

Actually, you do not need any special equipment. We provide private rooms (bungalows) with bathroom (it has a shower), bed, linen, pilows, towels and ammenities (soap and shampoo). We provide rubber boots for excursions.
Also, if you wish, you can also bring your belongings to be more confortable as: pillows, etc.
Do not forget packing your mosquito repellent (containing around 20-30% DEET), sun block, sun glasses with UV protection, and long-sleeves T-shirt.
We hope we may organize your expedition in the Amazon Rainforest from Iquitos, Peru.
