Exceptional apartment with gardens, tennis court and pool only 1 minute from beach
There are no superlatives that adequately describe the apartment. We were greeted by the owner Antonia. She had provided us with a basket of fruit and some essentials in the fridge including sparkling water, cava and beer! What more could you ask for. The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday with restaurants nearby. There were folding chairs and a parasol for the beach or pool in the apartment. Nothing was lacking and Antonia kept in touch with us if we needed anything. She also arranged a return taxi to the airport which is less than 15 minutes away. We will definitely return.

Semana fantastica
Agradecer la atención de Maria Antonia. Nos recibió con empanadillas, fruta y cervecitas. La casa estaba genial y disfrutamos mucho de la piscina, sobretodo la peque de la casa. Volveremos sin dudarlo.

Estancia Perfecta
Estupendo apartamento con todo lo necesario. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy acogedor y estancia muy agradable Gracias a las comodidades que tiene como fibra, aire acondicionado ... la dueña es un encanto de persona, muy agradable y atenta, y siempre sorprende con algún detalle a la llegada que se agradece mucho.
Hemos estado encantados y con ganas de repetir en otra ocasión.

A Must stay place
I must honestly say that it was fantastic.
Everything you needed in an apartment was there. Home from home.
She was a great thinking about what we needed after a late flight. Milk, bread,fruit, etc.
She paid attention to detail. She even took the time to show us where the beach and bus stop was. I would recommend this as a wonderful place to stay. Maria is truly a great lady with a big heart ♥

Perfect "home from home" with wonderful location very close to the beach!
This was our second visit to this beautiful apartment. We have also stayed twice at Antonia's other 2 bedroom apartment in nearby Gran Alacant. We have always had a wonderful reception and received the best attention anyone can ask for. We have already booked again for next September 2020, and can't wait to return. The apartment is perfectly maintained and really comfortable. The beach location is hard to match if you like to stroll along the shore or or sit on the beach. You might also like to visit one of the traffic free restaurants overlooking the promenade and beach. It is in a quiet location near a small well stocked supermarket and right on the bus route to Alicante if you want to visit the city. It only takes 20 to 30 minutes to get there and there are frequent buses.

Excelente alojamiento y mejor anfitriona
Es difícil describir la magnífica atención recibida por María Antonia, he pasado 5 días en su alojamiento,un bonito y confortable apartamento con terraza y todo tipo de detalles desde wifi,parking,cesta de fruta,bebida, desayuno, varias toallas etc.Maria Antonia ha sido sencillamente la mejor anfitriona que me he encontrado jamás preocupándose en todo momento de mi bienestar y haciendo mi estancia magnífica, ella sabe que le agradezco de corazón todos los detalles que ha tenido a diario conmigo informándome que visitar,dónde comer, dónde ir etc.Solamente espero que nos volvamos a encontrar otra vez en el futuro,un abrazo.

We have just sadly returned from a 10 night stay in Maria’s beautiful Urbanova (15 mins from Alicante) apartment. We arrived at Alicante Airport and followed the signs for the buses to reach the apartment but to be honest at 15 euros in a taxi we eventually opted for that option. Maria kept in touch thru our journey and was standing ready to welcome us to our accommodation for the duration of our stay. She showed us round pointing out all we need to know. She is then available if you need her by text worked for me. The apartment is ground floor and has done nice shaded areas which are a bonus when it’s 29 degrees! From the terrace area you can see the back gate, 5 minutes stroll from there is the beach, chemist, shop (very basic, we found Aldi very easily on maps and went by bus). The beach is not overcrowded, very quiet at times and very relaxing. Alicante is 15 mins on 27 bus just outside the gate and cross the road where you see the bus shelter. Great to visit or to change bus. We caught the tram here to Benidorm which gave us great views along the way. All the transport people we come into contact with speak English and are very helpful.
The apartment has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen is well stocked if you want a meal or two in. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. You can dry your clothes up in the 8th floor, fantastic views from here. The shower room was perfect plenty of towels and there is lots of linen if you which to change your bed (we washed ours in the morning and when we returned later that day it was dry and went back on the bed.)
Thank you Maria for your outstanding apartment, the fruit-basket and fridge items you left us, and the lift to the airport! We will surly be back x
If your thinking of booking this, stop thinking just do it, you will not be disappointed.

This apartment was colourful and cozy. Very thing you could need is available within the apartment to make your stay easy and convenient. A great place to relax with good access to the beach and airport. Maria was very accommodating and assisted with arranging taxis for my early morning departure.

Urbanova es una zona tranquila de Alicante, con la ventaja de tener una playa excelente, con todos los servicios playeros y bandera azul de calidad. En el paseo (a dos minutos del apartamento) hay variedad de restaurantes en primera linea de playa, algunos tan conocidos como Moments, Pizzeria Provenzal, El Gamba, La Tartana, El Capricho de Raquel, Nou Vora Mar, y algunos más.

A pocos metros tenemos la parada del bus numero 27 que le lleva al centro de la ciudad.
