Interacción con los huéspedes: La clave para la propiedad estará en una V-Safe. Nosotros, sin embargo, tenemos un administrador de propiedad local en la mano para ayudar con cualquier problema que pueda tener durante su estancia. Lovely accommodation, some areas need a little tlc, dishwasher on its last legs and a few other things, but large rooms and good parking etc. One of our party got a nasty cut on their foot from broken glass on the floor in the kitchen, presumably from previous guests. A mad dash to try and find plasters!
Getting to Cornworthy is not for the faint hearted, a good 2 to 3 miles down single track lanes. Lovely village though and
local pub was good. Location is good for Dartmouth/Totnes and loads of beautiful beaches.

A beautiful home away from home
We had the most wonderful stay at Cowslip Barn. A beautiful home away from home with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Some stunning dog walks on the doorstep and a short drive to great beaches. Very communicative and accommodating hosts too. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Driving rain but still had a great time
Had a lovely family time in the Barn. Lovely space for kids and dogs. Beautiful beaches and walks. Lovely food bought in Dartmouth so enjoyed crabs, fish and cakes in the evening. Highly recommend

Cowslip Barn
Beautiful picturesque barn, everything catered for, very comfortable and spacious and well kitted out. Lovely pub a few minutes walk away.

Perfect barn
The barn is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable and as they are downstairs stayed lovely and cool. We would recommend this barn to anyone who wants to be near Dartmouth and the coast but they would need to be confident drivers as the roads are quite narrow around the barn.

Outstanding accommodation!
This is a beautiful barn conversion in a stunning location. Six adults and a baby came here for five days to attend a wedding in the area. We had plenty of space to spread out in this spacious accommodation, comfy leather sofas in front of a wide screen tv, (much appreciated by the World Cup fans!) toys, books, games, videos, we were spoilt for choice.
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with tv ‘s in every room and the mattresses were really comfortable, family bathroom and en suite bathrooms both spotlessly clean, with quality fixtures and fittings. The dining room table seats six comfortably, as does the kitchen island unit with bar stools for breakfast. Cot, high chair and stair gate were provided for us, and we would have loved to bring the dog if we hadn’t been going to a wedding.
Outside there was a lovely private garden with barbecue and paddling pool for the baby, and we were lucky enough to have the weather to enjoy both.
There are two pubs close by, the Madruth two minutes walk, small but very friendly, and the Maltsters Arms a half hour stroll over fields and through woods for a pint by the river, or a good meal (be sure to book).
We can’t recommend Cowslip Barn highly enough, it’s probably the nicest holiday Cottage we have ever stayed in.

Fabulous getaway!
Lovely cottage in a charming village. Very clean and well equipped with a very thoughtful bottle of wine and cake to welcome us. The surrounding countryside is stunning and we enjoyed some wonderful walks with dogs. Visitors to the area should not miss the Dart trail.

A hidden haven in beautiful Devon
We spent a wonderful weekend at this stylish barn conversion. The location is secluded and you will feel as if you have escaped to a haven of calm. We loved the way the barn has been decorated and it has everything you would need and probably more! It feels spacious and cosy at the same time. Bedrooms are comfortable with beautiful linen and furnishings. We slept so well there.
It was easy to visit Dartmouth and surrounding areas which are truly beautiful.
We would definitely love to return and stay longer.

Spacious barn coversion.
Spacious and convivial living area in upper floor of converted barn. Bedrooms down below. Underfloor heating and log burning stove when weather turns! Peaceful location with walks along river estuary. Easy drives to coast in one direction and Dartmoor in the other.

Would stay again at this beautiful spacious barn.
A village location in easy reach of interesting places like Totnes, Dartmouth, Brixham. We didn't time for more. A must is the return river trip from Totnes to Dartmouth, relaxing, lovely scenery and a hilarious and informative commentary from a crew member. Brixham was a buzzing fishing harbour, a must here was fish and chips from the Rock Cod on the harbour.
The barn is very spacious, even with six people in it. Lovely large open plan living with every amenity. Good sizes bedrooms with very comfy beds. Very well fitted out with everything you could need. Hoping to vist again soon.
