Vamos a asesorar sobre los detalles para acceder a una caja fuerte de llaves a su llegada. Si usted no nos encuentre primero, cuando vemos que ha llegado vamos a estallar por presentarnos y confirmar que ha encontrado todo lo que necesita. Hay una carpeta de información para viajeros en el apartamento y estamos siempre dispuestos a ampliar en cualquier cosa en caso de necesitar más información. En los meses más cálidos nuestro galardonado jardín Bali diseñado por el Chelsea de Oro Ganador de María Reynolds está disponible para su uso y los fines de semana la casa de verano con sus magníficas vistas tendrán las instalaciones de papel y té del domingo.

Tranquility at its best …
We have just returned from Simon & Theresa’s amazing apARTment in Dartmouth, wow what a gem this accommodation turned out to be, we loved every single part of it. The views from the apARTment are simply stunning, the accommodation is so clean and welcoming as are the hosts. The garden is so charming and well kept and you are encouraged to use all the facilities it has on offer. We found the balcony in bedroom 2 was great to sit out at night with a cold glass of wine watching the lights all over Dartmouth.
Well done to you both for creating a perfect spot to stay in Dartmouth. We will definitely be back when next in Dartmouth.

Another lovely stay at this gorgeous apartment
Second time staying at The apARTment. We love everything about it! Spotlessly clean, comfortable, lovely views and lots of lovely pieces around the apartment. Great location and having a car parking space is immensely helpful in Dartmouth. Theresa and Simon are lovely and incredibly helpful. We will be back for sure!

Fabulous apARTment!
This was our first time to Dartmouth and so glad we chose the apARTment to stay in. Communication with the owners was excellent and added information on the area was very useful. There is free parking included with a private parking space and apart from driving to Blackpool sands we never needed the car so definite bonus, The apARTment is just perfect. So much thought as gone into making it a real homely stay with personal touches and little luxuries throughout. The balcony in one of the 2 double rooms has views over Dartmouth and river Dart which is where we spent hours on an evening helped by the fabulous weather we had all week. Spotlessly clean and just perfect.

Fantastic apartment.
This was our first visit to Dartmouth and I don’t think we could of choose a better place to stay than the apARTment. Really good communication with Theresa and Simon before our visit regarding directions and their Covid cleaning procedures. The apartment was spotless really comfortable and a lovely homely feel to it. Lots of nice little touches. We had a lovely welcome with milk , some Juice and jams in the fridge along with some nice cold bottles of water and a bottle of wine. The appliances are all high spec. We got to meet Theresa and Simon when we arrived (at a social distance of course) . Thy were there if we needed anything but they let you get on with it. The view from the balcony was wonderful. A great place to sit and have a morning coffee/ evening drink. We were blessed with fantastic weather so made the most of it. If you are into star gazing then this would be perfect as we saw a sky full of stars most nights. It is a walk downhill into town but it it quite steep on the way back up but there is a little local bus( the 90) that stops just over the road if you don’t fancy the walk back up. Having it’s own allocated parking right next to the apartment is great as no driving around trying to find a spot. We only used the car once while we were there as we made use of the local buses and ferries. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Dartmouth.

Great apartment
Stayed here for 1 week - a few weeks after lockdown lifting partially - welcoming hosts who had made a good effort to deal with the Covid challenges. Lovely apartment finished to a very good standard with everything you could reasonably need. having a parking space was a definite bonus and part of the reason why we chose it - parking in Dartmouth is a challenge some times ! a nice walk into Dartmouth although harder coming back uphill after a few drinks in the evening but helped to burn off some calories. Great views from the balcony/living room. Would return again

Superb
We were very happy that were were are able to stay here for a week. Great communication with fabulous hosts from start to finish. Theresa and Simon have created a superior experience for their guests, all round. The level of attention to detail is impressive. The apartment is high spec’d, well appointed, very well equipped. Easy to follow, nice clear instructions for the appliances. Comfy beds, great shower, reliable wi-fi, good heating, quiet location, lovely outlook, loads of information for the area, board games, a great range of DVD’s and even Netflix. Spotlessly clean, really nice towels. Beautiful bathroom products to use (all filled to the top!). A cold bottle of wine in the fridge, fresh flowers, cake, was welcomed by weary travellers at the end of a long day. Highly recommend. We’ll be back again next visit to the UK. Surpassed our expectations.

Enjoyable stay in an very stylish apartment
The apartment offered us a comfortable and stylish base to explore Dartmouth and its many English Heritage and National Trust properties nearby. The apartment was well equipped with a modern kitchen and lovely views from the sitting room. Simon, the owner, was on-hand to show us around and suggest places to eat and visit. We particularly enjoyed a meal at Bushells Riverside.

Excellent views
Great location overlooking the town with excellent views from the sunny lounge and bedroom balcony.
Beautifully decorated with everything you need. Including a parking spot.
Lovely hosts with lots of knowledge on walks and places to visit.
What a fantastic 5 days we have had.
We'll be back.

I don't want to share!!
This is the best Airbnb we have stayed in and I don't want you all to know , otherwise I won't be able to come as it will be booked up all year long! The whole apARTment is tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you would need to cook a 6 course meal. It is all spotless but the best feature is the view down to the river. There are curtains in the lounge but at night the view with all the lights is wonderful! We never closed them! There is one car parking space and we found no problem parking on the road, whether during the summer it would be as easy I don't know! The walk down to the town is easy but if you are unfit there are the hopper buses to bring you up to the apARTment but at night you may want to book a taxi!
