Lo primero que quiero comentar es que fue reservado con la condición de que tuviera ascensor ya que viajábamos con una persona mayor. Personalmente via mail me lo confirmaron. Al llegar, no funcionaba el ascensor y copropietarios nos informaron que hacía más de 6 meses estaba así. En segundo lugar la puerta de acceso al apartamento requería lijarla, fue imposible abrir o cerrar la misma sin dar fuertes portazos (imposibles para una persona mayor). Reclamamos también y no lo logramos.Los dormitorios ventilan a un aire y luz en donde se ubican distintos equipos de un restaurante que emiten ruidos muy molestos todo el día. Los desechos del restaurant era sacados por el palier de acceso en PB y quedaba todo sucio.
Una lástima, haber pasado por estos contratiempos porque esta muy bien ubicado y es confortable y con buen equipamiento. Se intentó compensar los inconvenientes con una reposición extra de algunos productos (te, café, azúcar, un vino, etc) y nos indicaron que no disponían otra propiedad para reemplazo. Pedimos parte de un reembolso de dinero por todos estos problemas pero en ningún momento se hizo efectivo.

Thank you very much for taking the time to write us a review. It is always upsetting to read such a review so first and foremost, please accept my apologies that the apartment did not meet your expectation.
Both Club Living and building management regularly monitor the lift and any problems are reported immediately. And the company who service the lift are also very reliable and attend as soon as they can.
It appears that you had been misinformed and the lift had only stopped working on the day you arrived but I fully understand your frustration.
As for basic supplies, these are provided for guest as a welcome on arrival however these are not replenished during your stay.
Guest comfort is a priority and our team are available during office hours Monday to Friday and we also provide am emergency number for you to reach out during evenings and weekends.
When a guest issue occurs we do aim to resolve this as soon as possible and definitely their stay however, matters outside of our control cannot be dealt with however we did raise your point with the restaurant.
Unfortunately, changing apartments last minute during peak season is not always possible so apologies we could not help.
We are very sorry that your experience was not as expected and that our efforts to make your stay comfortable were not accepted.
