I am Delphine, the General Manager of the literary Hotel Gustave Flaubert. I am truly sad to read your deception and not to have the opportunity to speak about it with you when you were here. Rouen is currently under construction that is why it is more complicated to access our amazing hotel. You asked for parking in your reservation, but we weren’t able to confirm this demand or to send a confirmation of your parking reservation. As we always do, we advised you to use the parking which is located next to our hotel and we told you which was the easiest way to get there.
During your stay, the temperatures were particularly high. For our guests’ commodity, we put ventilators in each room, refreshing wipe, water sprays and bottles of water are available at the reception. I am sorry that you didn’t see that we were trying to do our best and to guide you as best as possible during your stay in Normandy.
You enjoyed discovering our wonderful city and I understand you, I hope that you will follow this discovery during an upcoming stay.
