Well kitted out apartment with a sunny terrace, and a great location on the golf course. I have returned since this stay and this was the first place I tried to book for my return visit. Really happy with this apartment

Fantastic penthouse apartment
This is a fantastic penthouse apartment with a very large balcony with all day sun overlooking the pool area and golf courses. The pool area was so nice and never overcrowded. Perfect place to stay with kids. We enjoyed our holiday very much.

Lovely views across Golf Course
Rented Penthouse on this beautiful complex, a bit disappointed terrace never got any sun as it was hot on some days and would have luv’d to sit on terrace in the sun relaxing watching the golfers in the distant, apartment had everything u would possibly need however some things are a bit tired and could do with replacing, iron board, bedding, towels, just little things that would make a real difference as this is a high end resort so again a little dissappointed.
Having the English channels was great especially as i get up very early before sunrise so was lovely just to turnnon the tv and reception was fab.
Beautiful views across the Golf Complex, large pool in middle of blocks which would be ideal for the summer with plenty of space for sunbathing, little areas for childrens swings too.
Felt very secure with security at gates manned at all times having to register each vehicle entering.
Club house is very good, had meals most nights there in the restaurant, extremely enjoyable with very friendly staff, small shop on site which sells most things, you would definately need a car as its quite remote but ideal for golfers.
Once you know which roads to take you can find lots of different areas, beach areas, shopping malls etc and just a lovely drive out exploring the country.

Thanks for the review Angie very much appreciated. I take on board all feedback and always look to improve where we can. Reference to the terrace I would like to point out it gets full sun all through the summer periods and note your visit was in the middle of November , again though good to know if people are looking to book at that time for Sun as most of my rentals are golfers this time of year. The Appt the just keeps on giving...
Yet another return visit to this wonderful apartment that never lets us down.
A week of comfort and relaxation in this well appointed and impeccably maintained property.
With sun and views to both the front and rear of the property, taking in the rays without leaving the property is never an issue. When it was needed, the pool, right in front of the property, was Chrystal clear and immaculate and as ever, nice and quiet.
For the golfers, the course just gets better as it matures each year.
We can't recommend this Apartment enough. You will not be disappointed.

Superb Penthouse Apartment
Super-stylish and super practical, this lovely penthouse apartment has stunning views from the lounge and roof terrace over the pool - and landscaped gardens and fields from the bedrooms. Crisp white linen and towels complement this pristine apartment that also has a well equipped kitchen. Located within a few minutes stroll of the clubhouse which comprises a bar,restaurant, games room and also offers entertainment such as live music, quizzes etc during peak season. Highly recommended and hoping to return next year.

Everything we needed we had
We had a great stay at the complex in the apartment. We had air con in every room! 😎 this made the warm evenings relaxing. For the pool we had our own sun beds and a cool box and we had breakfast up on the patio under the sun umbrella looking out over the hacienda course.
All in all a great place to stay. 👍

Another Visit - Never Disappoints
This property is perfectly located, great views front and rear, a hop and a skip to the large immaculate communal pool and a short stroll to the centre with its Restaurant, shop and bar.
Immaculately presented throughout the only problem is bringing yourself to pack when it comes to go home. Uk tv to keep up to date with the soaps if that's your thing. Large fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine make for a complete kitchen.
The communication and assistance afforded by the Owner is exemplary and makes the whole booking process totally stress free.
In resort, the key holders are always available to assist you in any way possible.
All in all, the perfect property for that much needed relaxing getaway.

Penthouse Apartment
From booking to key collection, seamless.This apartment is amazing, quality furnishings, quality linen and towels and very well equipped.It is truly a home from home. We stayed for 3 weeks and never had a problem. Used as a base to explore Murcia region, excellent links to motorways no matter which direction you travel in. Would book this property again and recommend it without hesitation. 5 star

Idyllic Luxury Penthouse Apartment
Forming part of this popular 1st class golfing resort, this luxury Penthouse Apartment offers enviable accommodation for golfers and none golfers alike.
Unlike many properties on this development claiming to be 'within easy reach' of the resorts 'Hacienda' Centre, all the amenities are genuinely within a 5-7 minute walk.
Ample parking is available to the front of the property should you have use of a car. A lift provides simple access to the 3rd floor apartment. The position allows for excellent views to both the front and rear. Over the immaculate and generously proportioned communal swimming pool to the front and over farmland and beyond from the rear,
Internally the property is in first class condition and a credit to it's owners, affording excellent accommodation in two bedrooms for four comfortably. Air Conditioning throughout ensures comfort is maintained whilst the temperatures soar outside.
The kitchen is fully fitted, including fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and is fully functional.
Externally, patio doors provide access to a large patio area, fully equipped with table and chairs along with sun bathing loungers and parasols. The patio benefits from sun throughout the day, yet is sufficiently large enough to provide shade for those who seek shelter from the rays.
Access to the communal pool is straight forward with only a short stroll around the perimeter of the property.
Having been fortunate enough to rent a number of properties on this and sister resorts, this Apartment rates extremely highly among those we have witnessed in location, cleanliness, presentation and excellent value for money.
The owner provided excellent communication and assistance and both he and the local keyholders contributed to a problem free booking process and stay.
We will certainly be visiting this property again and would highly recommend this property to others seeking such accommodation. You will not be disappointed.

Great apartment with large pool
We spent a few weeks here in August. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, a nice clean apartment and great pool at a good price then this is the place. The security on the complex is very good and there's a bar, shop and restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The pool was never that busy and the apartments terrace had the sun on it most of the day. The only slight negative was you needed a car to get to restaurants and bars in Sucinia and further afield. Robert the owner was very helpful and the deposit was refunded with no problems. Overall a great holiday at a great price near to the airport. We will be returning at some point.
