Precioso hotel con encanto, descansamos estupendamente y repetiremos! La playa está a dos pasos, las habitaciones son muy amplias y la cama muy cómoda. Sólo que las comidas en el hotel resultaban caras, así como los taxis.
First of all I would like to thank you for the comments with regards to your recent stay with us. We in Hyatt always highly value the guest feedback, as it helps us to evaluate where we can improve and eventually serve our guests better.
While regarding the prices, may I just briefly explain that prices are in-line with five star hotels here in Muscat. I am sure you will understand that we do have to import the majority of food ingredients, which surely makes the items on our menus a bit more expensive.
In the meantime, I would also like to express my gratitude for the positive points you have noted. We are truly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us. Your positive feedbacks will be shared with our teams.

Un hotel expectacular a la vista, recepcion poco amable, la habitacion aceptable con un conjunto de aseo corriente y escaso hubo dias de no reponer ni geles ni nada q un hotel de este calibre no se puede permitir , la comida es buena el desayuno exquisito aunque exageradamente caro todo esto junto a una visita gubernamental acompañada de militares con metralleta por todo el hotel piscina y bar de la misma bastante sucio ,solo me queda decir señores que cuiden esa maravilla que no es un hostal, ni se paga por una pension, un saludo

Muy buena cocina, asiática y europea. La zona alrededor de la piscina es muy relajante y esta muy bien atendida. Tienen barbacoa con pescado fresco de la zona muy bueno.
Es un hotel de lujo, quizás el de mayor prestigio en Muscat.

Muy hermosa el diseño del hotel, es algo sorprendente, las instalaciones son muy cómodas y el trato excelente. Tiene una alberca bastante confortante y amplia, el único tema es que los precios del consumo de alimentos y servicios es bastante caro comparándolos con otros sitios.

While for our food and drinks prices, I assure you we are in line with other hotels of same category in Muscat. Whenever you go in Muscat, if staying in a five-star property, you will expect to see similar prices. I am sure you will understand that we do have to import the majority of our items, which surely make our products a bit more expensive.

Estuve 3 días y fue toda una experiencia. El servicio a la habitación es excelente, pasan atentos a cada detalle te hacen la cama incluso si a la tarde haces la siesta. Te dejan frutas para que comas, si tomas mucha agua te dejan más, INCREÍBLE.
Los desayunos son muy muy buenos, variados hay de todo para todos.
Cené en dos lugares, el restaurante de comida italiana es excelente.
El restaurante de la primera planta durante la cena es buffet, hay muchos platos fuertes desde comida de mar hasta ternera.
El hotel tiene piscina y mar, buenísimo.
Queda a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, en hora no pico.
El internet es de alta velocidad ya que subí 300 gigas de fotos.
Además de eso tiene una discoteca t bares.
10/10.
