We have used Anna’s condo twice and will definitely be using it again. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. The Mar Vista resort is well taken care of. I feel it’s an upscale resort

We keep coming back
This is the only place we will ever stay in MB. It is 5 stars. Anna’s condo has high end everything. The amenities are awesome. This was my daughter’s choice for a graduation trip. Anna is so kind and easy to work with. Some years we have gone twice. Thank you Anna for great family memories!

Great Condo!
Anna's condo in the MarVista Grande is a great spot to stay. The amenities and cleanliness at the MarVista are great.

Great condo!
We stayed here for our annual girls trip. Anna was very helpful throughout the whole process. I really liked the decor and the fact that there's no carpet. Had a problem with smokers but after informing the building manager, problem solved! My only suggestion would be replacing the living room furniture. I understand it's hard to keep things in great shape when so many people are using it though. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would gladly book again!!

Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
A little nervous traveling during a pandemic because of the unknowns. I must say, I was impressed with the measures the building took to ensure safety while following the governors order amid COVID-19. Unit 1205 had everything you needed and more. The unit had breathtaking views a and a very cozy feel. We enjoyed morning walks on the beach and the ocean views from both the large balcony and inside the unit. At times I would stand in the kitchen and feel like I was in the middle of the ocean, with almost panoramic view of the ocean from wall to wall. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The owner was very accessible and easy to deal with. She made sure to do a touch point and checked on us to ensure everything was good. I will most definitely come back! Thank you & many blessings.

We stayed during covid-19 pandemic. Condo is the cleanest we have stayed at in Myrtle. Owner Anna is prompt to answer any questions you may have. Condo is fully stocked with everything you need in kitchen. Beds were super comfy and linen was all freshly clean. Can’t say enough good things to say about unit. We will definately stay here again in future.

Very accommodating
Unfortunately, because of the virus we were not able to make the trip. I do want to commend Tripadvisor and the condo owner Anna for being very understanding and very prompt in providing a complete refund.

Amazing Stay at Mar Vista Grande 1205
There are so many fantastic features that I don't even know where to begin....the condo is gorgeous with high end decor that is so comfortable you'll feel right at home. I've stayed in enough rentals to know that's tough to find! The owner, Anna, is a pleasure to work with and made the whole process super easy. Check in/out was simple and the Mar Vista amenities can't be beat! Beautiful setting, beautiful pools and facilities! You can't go wrong renting this condo and you'll be so glad you did!!

Beautiful condo
What a beautiful and spacious condo.could not have asked for anywhere better to spend my birthday. Made it a point to get up early every morning and watch the sun rise.

Paradise at NMB
First I want to thank Anna for all her help as we prepared for our trip to their beautiful condo. The condo was so roomy, perfect for a family with that feeling of privacy we all need. If ya are cooking you want be disappointed with all the cookware and dishes you could want. I have to say our favorite spot was the balcony where we ate many meals and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. The condo was very clean and beds comfy after enjoying the water activities the condo area offered. Loved the lazy river and the pool was wonderful. We hope to spend any upcoming vacations at NMB in this beautiful condo!
