Instalaciones increíbles, pero el servicio de los meseros es muy lento (pero son atentos). Falta música y ambiente para la noche. Los cokteles en el bar no son buenos. Excelente el servicio del señor de las shishas….. el spa es buenísimo, muy grande y excelente.

La atención es extremadamente lenta, la música demasiado alta, la comida en proporción a los precios no es proporcional, no es mala, pero teniendo en cuenta el precio debería ser mucho mejor, estamos en el hotel mas caro de todo el mar muerto, se que los precios son caros, pero el servicio y la calidad de la comida deberían estar a la altura de sus credenciales y no es así, entrar en un restaurante de un hotel como este no puede suponer una espera de mas de 40 minutos para que te pidan lo que quieres tomar y cenar.
Para el pago igual, una cena puede ser eterna si tú quieres que lo sea, pero cuando se hace eterna porque el servicio no funciona la cosa cambia mucho y no es por falta de personal, porque personal hay mucho pero escondido en el interior para después traerte la cena fría…
El día anterior cenamos en el italiano que hay en el mismo hotel y todo genial, calidad, rapidez, amabilidad… otro mundo dentro del mismo hotel.

Excelente hotel, actividades para toda la familia, muchas opciones para comer, beber y relajarse. Buenas y muy amplias habitaciones.
El restaurante libanés Rehan tiene excelente comida elaborada por el chef Abo, está situado en una terraza con vista al mar muerto con una terraza espectacular. El servicio de Khalid fue de lo más amable que hemos conocido. Cenamos delicioso.
