Excelente Villa ubicado en un hermoso entorno con vistas asombrosas, la calidad de los mayordomos ha sido estupenda, nos han hecho sentir como en casa. Recomendación al 100%
Negativo, la recepción ha sido un poco descortés al no responder consultas que se le han realizado, problemas con el ascensor que va a la playa, generando que sea un poco complicado el acceso a la misma.

Once in a lifetime experience!
Amazing villa with breathtaking view! The staff and butler were simply the best! They've met all our needs and were extremely kind and helpful. Our group and I were very satisfied and impressed with their hospitality and service.

Highly recommend! Great stay, great people❤️
We stayed in Karma Villas for 10 days. The whole resort is beautifully set and provides for real relaxing time. Our villa had an unforgettable view, overlooking the ocean; rooms are spacious; there’s enough space for group dinners, home parties and board game nights; the STAFF (Puto, Dewa & Puto Jr) took the best care of us, catering to all our needs and ad-hoc requests. They were welcoming, kind, cooked great dinners for us and made us feel like home.

Perfect Bali experience
We are very happy with our stay in this amazing villa! The staff was very helpful with tips for the island. They always prepare for us delicious breakfast and dinner. The villa has amazing ocean-view.

Amazing slice of paradise
My family spent an idyllic week at the Grand Cliff villa enjoying this marvelous property. The location is absolutely beautiful, from sunrise to sunset you are gazing at postcard views. The staff who took care of our group are just wonderful, welcoming, and considerate. They saw to our every need. We enjoyed many delicious meals. The villa's location within Karma Kandara is the best of both worlds in that you have your personal villa away from hustle and bustle yet you have access to amenities such as the Karma beach club, spa, kids club, etc. We had an absolutely amazing experience.

Gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset from the pool and rooms, the staff WERE SO INCREDIBLY LOVELY. Thankfully the air conditioning was awesome too.

Look no further - This place checks all the boxes
My family and I had the pleasure of staying Grand Cliff Ungasan, 5BR, The Bukit for a week. This place exceeded expectations in every way. If you are considering booking, JUST DO IT. One of the highlights for me was interacting with the house staff, they were extraordinary. We gave them latitude to share recommendations for meals and WOW, all the food was delicious. Everything else was perfect, I will dream about swimming in the infinity edge pool at sunrise and sunset until I return. The house, the location and the staff allowed for me to be carefree, relax and spend quality time with friends and family.

Beautiful Villa
One of the best resorts ever visited , really enjoyed sea view, good facilities,friendly staff, especially with great cooking service right in the room. This is definitely a worth full experience, will be back later.

Jaw dropping view but villa maintenance and service has passed its heyday
Location and view, no contest here.. five stars but our experience during the stay does not feel like its a 5 star property which i believe caused by under-maintenance property and quality of service given.
This villa, really need serious improvements for the price given.
1. Pillows are not comfortable, given its a 5 star rating. It would have been acceptable for a 3 star property. Management should provide better pillows with option like duck down pillow (low profile).
2. Bathroom area --> scaled faucet and loose fittings. corroded parts were noticeable. Shower door not installed. No towel basket used.
3. Install more power outlet with universal adapter around the villa.. seriously.. for us digital age traveller with multiple phones, laptop, ipad, camera and powerbank, it is really inconvenient for us to scour corners to find electrical outlet. The living and dining room only have 2 outlets!! To be shared by all occupants
4. Some lightbulbs were dead. Ok not a problem, but I expect the maintenance should be done properly and able to spot this in the first place.
5. No proper turn down service (curtain closed, lights turned on, bed prepared, candle lit up, etc). Seriously disappointed cause we are expecting a service for a 5-star villa.
6. The management should implement breakfast package with the nearby Karma Resort as option, as opposed to only having the butler and staff to prepare food for us , from outside.
Overall, the stay was below our expectations in terms of villa maintenance, Staying in a villa, but getting a mediocre quality amenities, and service , such a turn off.

In the end, I still give this a 2 star, given the view and pool area is superb.
Lastly, the management should make much improvements and I do hope this villa can return to its golden age.
