When I arrived, Bob was there to greet me and make sure I was comfortable. I asked him questions about where to hike and he was very helpful. I appreciated how friendly and welcoming he is. The suite was bright, and a beautiful view of the ocean.

We spent a week in this wonderful accommodation in Sooke. The unit is very clean, well equipped and located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The location is excellent and the host, Bob (Caroline was away), is a wealth of information and has a great sense of humor. The suite is spacious and was perfect for the two of us. The ocean view patio was a great place to have coffee or a drink. We are looking forward to going back soon.

This suite was amazing and the hosts were super! We loved the view, the location was so close to the water and the suite itself was stocked with anything you could need. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to stay again! Thank you so much!

What a fabulous place to stay. It was so comfortable and well designed. All the household items you need are there for your use which was great for making meals. The area is so quiet and the deck space with ocean view was a bonus. I enjoyed the short walk to the village and to the ocean boardwalk.
Caroline and Bob are very good hosts and reply to messages promptly. I was greeted by the host on my arrival and appreciated being oriented to the unit.
I will definitely be returning to stay at this beautifully appointed vrbo.

This VRBO is in a great location for exploring Sooke and to the west of Victoria. Bob greeted us upon arrival and gave us some great tips on dining, groceries, and the lovely boardwalk that is within short walking distance.
The bed was comfy, the accommodations were clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the bay and seeing the Olympic Peninsula while hanging out.
We would definitely stay there again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Bob gave us a lovely welcome and continued with useful and enjoyable support. He even devoted expertise, tools, and skills to help us fix our wonky bike rack. We also appreciated the extra touches provided with the unit-like a teapot, plenty of dishware, and wonderful reading material. It was very clean and we felt very comfortable using it during these covid days. The location is georgeous, with easy walking and biking access to the water, town, and a well-curated museum. The local paths are plentiful and interesting. Thank you Bob. The only hiccup was with my difficulty using the Vbro software to communicate with our hosts.

. Tastefully decorated and the bed/bedding was a dream to sleep in/on.
The location was absolutely perfect for our first visit to the island .
