This flat is really comfortable and has everything required for an enjoyable stay. Nicely decorated and a very friendly, helpful landlord.

Excellent accommodation
This is an ideal flat to book for a Wedding party. With 5 bedrooms everyone could have one with lots of space. Good sized kitchen and lounge. Full equipped and even has toiletries supplied. We had a small dog with us too and there is a great park at the bottom of the street. Peter was very good at keeping in touch with us and even offered to replace the dishwasher when we were there because it didn’t work. We were there for our daughters Wedding and the photos taken by Iris Art Photography in the largest bedroom by the window are beautiful. About a 15 mins walk to Waverley Station. Ideal location .

Owner is a nice man but not very tuned to needs of the renters.
The problems began when we had to wait nearly an hour for the owner to arrive to let us in the property even though he had been apprised of our arrival time. Then upon entering the property we encountered a broken toilet in one of only two bathrooms. The advert on Trip Advisor claimed three bathrooms. The fridge still contained old food and had not been cleaned properly. We enjoyed the neighborhood but there was limited parking for our rental car. We probably would not stay here again.

These are very helpful points. We were very glad to offer the guests a morning check in, and very disappointed to be around 30 minutes late to welcome them. The plumber turned out quickly and had the toilet working by 2pm. We have changed the ad to 2 bathrooms, as sadly I had not noticed the site said three. There is a family bathroom. an en suite shower over a bath, as well as a separate toilet. We will be supplying some toiletries in addition to the hand soap dispensers in future for guests, as kindly suggested by the guest.

Magnífica ubicación, muy amplia y Peter encantador
La casa está en un barrio muy tranquilo y bien comunicado. La parada del tranvía que te lleva hasta el aeropuerto está a 10 minutos andando. La casa es muy amplia, consta de 5 habitaciones (una de ellas con baño). La cocina está completamente equipada, calefaccion potente y salón muy cómodo. La verdad es que es muy recomendable. Peter, el anfitrión, nos esperó en la puerta de la casa a la hora acordada, y si teníamos alguna duda o ayuda, el siempre está dispuesto a ayudarte. El wifi de la casa funciona perfectamente.

Fernando and his group were a pleasure and good fun to host. They were very respectful of everyone and everything. Fernando dealt marvellously and imaginatively when a tap handle came off and water was spouting. He applied an excellent temporary strap using a thick plastic bag to stop the water, and phoned me immediately. The house was left in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend Fernando and his friends as guests. Peter

Lovely, welcomed stay
Stayed in the house for 3 nights with friends on a sightseeing trip to Edinburgh in early September. Peter was most hospitable and accommodating and made our stay welcome and enjoyable, going out of his way to make our trip the best it could be. The house was equipped with everything you would need for a stay, and was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Edinburgh! I would highly recommend to everyone!
