Hago una reserva de 7 noches, pago la señal que corresponde, el dueño da la conformidad. A las 3 h.me comunica que debo yo cancelar mi reserva (en contra de mi voluntad) pq no tenía actualizado el precio. Ahora me tarda el reembolso 10 días. No estoy contenta.

La casa muy limpia y muy comoda, está muy bien ubicada en el centro de cadiz Antonio está en contacto contigo para cualquier consulta, nos has gustado mucho y volveremos.

El apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas. Luminoso. Limpio. Amplio. Muy bonito. Ubicación excelente. Y tanto Antonio como su hija muy amables. Repetiremos seguro!!!

Apartment was ideally located for exploring Cadiz.Had everything we needed plus a warm welcome from Ana.. Hope to visit again in the future. M&D

The flat was in a great location , in the centre near the port and the beaches. Parking was sorted out by the flat owner in a nearby car park. Road parking is almost impossible. Flat was comfotable and well equiped. Flat owner could not speak English but very helpful and local bars and cafes great.

Pros. The apartment is exactly as described and shown on the photographs . It is in a great location to the historical part of Cádiz . Train , bus and taxi are within walking distance. Many Barr’s and restaurants nearby. Beaches are 15 - 20 mins walk. All tourist attractions are less than 30 minutes walk. Antonio is a very good host and there were no issues with booking and checking in or out. Some minor issues with lightbulbs but I am sure he will rectify this. Cons. As stated before the Ceiling in the bedroom and is low and might be an issue for tall blokes. I’m 5-10 and had to be careful with the beams. All windows had bars on the, but outlook to the park was great for people watching.

The location is perfect for a brief visit to Cadiz, especially if you just want somewhere to sleep and you plan to eat out most of the time. Antonio is very friendly and responsive, clearly aiming to keep his guests happy. He speaks no English but with the help of Google Translate and WhatsApp (both essential to have on your phone if you come here) we managed to successfully sort out some issues. However we strongly advise you check with him whether you are being assigned the 1st floor flat (the one in the photo's we thought we had booked) or the ground floor. They are not comparable and you really should be informed which you are being allocated. Rest assured the ground floor is spotlessly clean, with adequate self-catering supplies if you can find out how everything works without any written instructions to help you. The shower is exceptionally good and that was appreciated. Sadly we found the living quarters claustrophobic as they are painted in earth colours and unless you can open the large windows fully (think standing on the furniture to do this) it lacks both light and ventilation. Expecting the 'light filled' top flat, we were disappointed with this and for mental health reasons; we didn't want to spend much time in it. Thankfully the weather was good and so we were able to escape and sometimes took our meals outside to eat on our laps in the lovely public park opposite. We also had not banked on sleeping under the wooden floors of the flat above, which gave us some slightly disturbed nights and to cap it all, the very firm Ikea Mattress put my back out. So we gave up and left a day early. All or most of this could have been avoided had the advertisement been accurate and even just a few more rugs put down on the floor above the bedroom might have kept us there longer. So all in all, like most apartments, if this one suits your needs then you will be very happy. It is undeniably very good value for its superb location. However speaking personally, we wish we had known more about what we were booking in advance and then we would have made a more appropriate choice to meet our needs. Hence 4*.

La verdad es que es la palabra que define tanto al alojamiento como a los propietarios en su trato: excelente, totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días en el casco antiguo de Cádiz. Casa muy cómoda para personas con movilidad reducida. Gracias a Antonio y familia por la grata acogida y por preocuparse en todo momento por nosotros.

Très bien localisé, mais les photos portent à confusion; en effet, il s'agit de deux appartements distincts. On n'a pas eu celui que l'on croyait avoir réservé et pas terrible comme agencement.
