Lovely apartment, great location, thoughtful owner!
Such a lovely, modern apartment in a fantastic location! Lázaro, the owner, was very attentive to our questions. Our flight was delayed by 3 days due to “la Calima” in Gran Canaria and he met us on the revised day and provided a fruit basket, coffee and wine for our arrival. Such a treat!
There was an electrical problem due to renovations going on in the unit above, and Lázaro did everything in his power to get it fixed quickly.
The bed and bath linens were lovely, the appliances were up to date, and we enjoyed many satellite TV channels.

Excellent séjour.
Appartement idéalement situé en bord de mer et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Logement fonctionnel, bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire ainsi que la charmante attention de celui-ci (corbeille avec des produits de bouche locaux). Nous avons passé un passé un excellent séjour et envisageons d'y revenir.

Superb apartment in excellent location
What can i say but to fully endorse the previous excellent reviews.
A superb apartment with excellent facilities in a prime location on the seafront with huge choice of restaurents & amenities on your doorstop.The owners responded almost immediately to our questions prior to booking and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT
The location is excellent with Restaurants, Supermarkets, Taxis, Buses very close. The Beach is literally a few steps away. Turn right out the gate and you will be at Benalamadena Marina is 5/10 mins and turn left and you will be in La Carihuela in 5/10 mins. The apartment is in excellent condition with all the facilities you need should you wish to eat in - including full oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are Beach Chairs and loungers available which are great for just relaxing around the pool. The owners are on hand to answer any questions if required. Everything about this apartment is 100% and we will definitely be staying here again. THANK - YOU for a wonderful holiday.

Excellent Apartment
Apartment is in the perfect location right by the beach with quality kitchen appliances and a beautiful bathroom. The weather was poor at the beginning of our holiday and We appreciated the all round comfort of the apartment. We will certainly book again.

Great location
This apartment is in prime location, right on to the promenade the apartment is fantastic spotlessly clean everything you need for a self catering holiday the king size bed and pillows are really comfy, also the owners were there to meet us very friendly can’t wait to go back next year

Excellent holiday
We have just returned from a 3 week stay in this apartment. It was exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and with everything we needed including wi-fi and multi channel tv. We were met by the owners with the key and they gave us there phone number in case of any problems. There is a pool in the garden and out of the gate will take you on to the promenade to beach shops and restaurants there are bus stops and supermarkets near by. Excellent location and we will use this apartment again

Beautiful apartment in amzing location
We had a fabulous stay in this apartment and would thoroughly recommend! The location is truly amazing. Ground floor just feet away from the pool and only one minute to the beach! The promenade is really lovely with an abundance of restaurants in both directions.
Francisco and his son were extremely helpful and replied promptly to any questions we had. Francisco met us on our arrival and even provided a bowl of fruit, bread, ham, cheese etc.
The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. The kitchen and bathroom were really lovely and beautifully tiled etc. The hot water supply was incredible - instant and lots of it. In fact the shower was really powerful, the best we have ever had on holiday!!
Wifi was spot on too. The only negative for us, and this is a personal thing and won't bother a lot of people, no UK TV.

Thanks a lot for you review and we are very happy to read it and know thatnyounhad a lovely holidays. We have speaking english channels on sat tv, but really we have not bbc, sky tv itv etc. In december we will change for iptv channels because we will have very high speed internet connection and it will be possible to see english, french, german and channels from.all over the world including sky...bbc...itv...etc.
Thanks again and with every review we have we try to get better.
