We stayed here for 9 nights and loved the apartment and the city. The apartment is finished to a very high spec - kitchen/living room, bathroom and double bedroom. Kitchen/living room: everything is modern and good quality. The kitchen has a modern hob, pots and pans, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all the necessary crockery cutlery and glasses. The cupboards etc are high quality and stylish. Living area: there is a large comfortable leather settee, a table and chairs ( there are also 2 stools if you want to sit up at the breakfast bar). In addition there is a large screen TV but sadly no English speaking channels - I think the owner should consider providing some channels for English speakers. Bathroom: small but well appointed with bath and shower over - be warned it takes a long time for hot water to come through in the bath/shower. There is a stylish basin unit with good storage underneath Bedroom: very good wardrobe space with long mirror and chest of drawers. The bed is a king size (5 feet) and exceptionally comfortable with good quality bedding Someone else commented that there were no curtains - BUT there are fantastic electric shutters on all the windows - and we had the best sleep ever whilst here! The apartment is on the 4th floor with access by lift and stairs. The location couldn’t be better and everything you want to do and see is within easy walking distance. I highly recommend this property

This bijou apartment is ideally located for the beach and exploring the town. It is on the 4th floor, accessed by a private lift. Other reviews have mentioned that there can be noise from neighbours and from the street. The kitchen area is tiny and we chose not to cook indoors, which suited us as we came to San Sebastian for the local cuisine. The big plus point is the beach being just a very short walk away and everywhere else being easily reached on foot and obviously, San Sebastian being such a gorgeous place to visit.

A lovely apartment only 5min walk from the beach! It was clean and had great amenities, like a washer/dryer, fan, and more. It was a perfect home-base for a relaxing trip.

Hosts live in the same appartment block and respond quickly to any requests. I personally liked the feel of being 'one of the locals' as the apartment was located in a residential block. There was some noise from other resisendents but this did not affect our experience and was to be expected. As a very minor point, I would recommend that some TV chanels in other languages and Netflix could be added to the TV. We would stay here again and we thank are hosts for their hard work.

Excellent location, a well equipped apartment close to beach, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is sparkling clean with everything you need for a short stay including cooking basics and bathroom gel, shampoo and moisturizer. Check-in was excellent and prior to this great communication from owner. Apartment heating is controlled remotely by the owner (lives in neighbouring apartment) who advised that the temperature is set around 21 degrees and should we need to adjust it send him a text. This we did, and 2.5 hours later we received a reply. By this time we had showered and gone to bed with multiple blankets as we were extremely cold - we come from a sub-tropical climate and are not used to such cold weather - the temperature inside the apartment seemed considerably lower than 21 degrees. The apartment is not soundproofed and therefore you can hear everthing from the neighbouring apartment. Wherever you are in the apartment you can hear neighbours talking, preparing and eating dinner, scraping chairs etc. Their schedule becomes yours. On the whole, a great find but with some considerations.

Appartement sympa et propre. Alberto très gentil et arrangeant pour les horaires ( nous sommes arrivés en avance ) Seul bémol tout de même à communiquer. Le bruit > L'appart semble être une division d'un plus grand appartement à l'origine, vous vous retrouver dans une chambre collé à la cuisine du voisin... le bip du micro ondes , les conversations , les bruits de cuillères sur la porcelaine sont dérangeantes. Seul point noir , il est juste bon de le savoir si weekend au calme et grâce matinée recherchées. Pour tout le reste nous recommandons.

El apartamento es perfecto para una pareja, está muy bien equipado y se ve muy nuevo. Ubicado al lado de la Concha y a unos 10min de lo viejo. Cuenta con un parking en la misma calle (parking norte) que sale a 20€ la noche. Lo único a reseñar es que a la ducha hay que darle su tiempo para que el agua salga caliente.
