Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4 Stock. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hat alles was man Brauchen könnte (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Fön, Tost, Vertlator).
Die Aussicht in der Wohnung ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön. Wir haben es richtig genossen! Der Ozean hörtman und sieht man in der Wohnung und es ist einfach einzigartig!!!

Best location in A de P
Although this unit could use an update, it offers a fabulous view, great central location, large balcony and charming living/dining room. Fifty feet to the beach and many restaurants literally steps away. Take the beach/boardwalk east to the next town or walk the cliffs to the west. It’s all there!

Great apartment with wonderful ocean view
We had a great week at this fantastic apartment for our 21st anniversary holiday.
The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and is superbly located.
It is close to every amenity you could want with a well stocked grocery store below which also sells fresh bakery items.
All sorts of restaurants are within a short stroll with snack bars at hand too.
We loved spending time relaxing, eating and having a drink on the large balcony which gives the best views of the ocean.
One down side is that there is a children playpark directly across from the apartment but this did not bother us and would be a big plus for families with young kids
Although the building is secure we did have a guy in his early 20's come to our door one day asking for money to buy his baby some formula milk. We did not give him any but others should be aware that this seems to be a regular scam in the Algarve area. This has nothing to do with this apartment and should not be viewed as a negative.
This is an amazing apartment which will give great enjoyment for your holiday.

Fabulous View!
More than just a pretty view, this unit has a lovely, large and comfortable living/dining room overlooking the ocean. Facing south, it has sun most of the day and a wonderful sunset from the large balcony. The location, in the middle of town, on the promenade and over a small grocery/bakery, is perfect. Only a few steps from the beach, it's the perfect vacation spot.

Un bijou!
L’appartement est exceptionnellement situé. Une vue panoramique sur l’ocean, un immense balcon parfait pour prendre du soleil, l’apéro ou admirer le coucher du soleil. Il est très bien équipé et l’accueil s’est fait avec souplesse nous donnant même accès avant l’heure prévue. Je le recommande fortement. Merci!

Die Wohnung ist schön. Bad und Küche jedoch renovierungsbedürftig.

Lovely Apartment in a lovely location
Amercia de Pera is a lovely resort with long sandy beaches. It suits people who like a relaxing holiday with a number of great restaurants specialising in fish at reasonable prices. If your looking for nightlife or a pint and full english breakfast this is not the resort for you.
The apartment is situated on the front pedestrianised promenade on the 4th floor. It is a lovely apartment clean and well equipped with a wonderful view from the spacious balcony over the sea. It is a quiet location with 2 well stocked supermarkets within 100m. Though there is a TV it only has Portuguese channels however a DVD player is provided. WiFi is fast and reliable.
Our stay was trouble free apart from some confusion on arrival which meant we had to wait a couple of hours before we could obtain the keys to get access.

Sea view holiday in Armacao De Pera
This apartment is exactly as described with the most amazing sea view.We spent two amazing weeks living beside the sea , it was constantly in our view and when not in view we could hear its soothing sound.The apartment is well equipped and most comfortable, a home from home.
We have been many times in Armacao De Pera and love the fact that it is a popular holiday resort for Portuguese families.The old town and fishermans beach are very pretty.We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing location
This is a beautiful apartment in an idyllic location at the seafront. It has everything you could need for a wonderful holiday and is in an excellent condition. It is next to the beach, beautiful restaurants, shops and has its own secure parking. There is a lovely ice cream shop just a few doors away - gelato de gato - with a lovely friendly lady who is always happy to give a taste of the ice cream first. The smurf ice cream was a huge attraction for the children. The weather was not so nice during our visit but we had a wonderful holiday. We hope to be back to this beautiful place and this beautiful apartment again in the near future. Thank you to Pedro and Sonia for their lovely apartment.

Great Spot with great view
We stayed in the apartment for 6 pleasant nights. The unit was clean and comfortable and had an excellent view of the ocean and convenience to grocery stores and restaurants in the immediate area. However, there is no Air Conditioner in the unit so we had to rely on a fan to circulate the air. The TV is in Portugese so bring some reading materials or DVD's to watch. There is free WiFi for internet hookup which was good.
The beach was fantastic and the town itself is low key and relaxing. Excellent seafood restaurants. We found Ze Leitera ( I think this is how it is spelled) as a great seafood all you can eat. So busy that you have to wait in line but worth it. Also Great Indian at the Raj with a view.
Some nice pubs were Kipps Irish Pub and The Water Dog Pub. Great for pints of beer and friendly owners.
