Excellent apartment and location.
5 minutes from beach,2 minutes from supermarket. Excellent apartment in the ideal location for a stress free and relaxing holiday. Shirish will answer all your questions promptly and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Very highly recommended.

Tutto ottimo. Buona posizione nell'appartamento. Manca il bidet e il box doccia è davvero piccolo. Consiglio qualche lavoretto in tal senso. Località spiaggia e servizi ottimi.

residence bellissimo, vicino al mare e con piscina.
L'appartamento è accessoriato e comodo per famiglie.
Nelle vicinanze sono presenti molti negozi e locali dove trascorrere piacevoli serate.
Era già la seconda volta....ritorneremo sicuramente.

Piacevolissima vacanza a Caulonia Marina
Sono appena tornata da una piacevolissima vacanza a Cauloina Marina ...
Tutto è stato stupendo!...L'appartamento vista Montagna è molto spazioso e comodissimo, sia al mare, sia per tutte le necessità che si possono avere in vacanza.
E' il terzo anno consecutivo che confermo Caulonia....la consiglio a tutti coloro che amano il mare , il buon cibo e il divertimento!

Deffo going to return - which will be our 3rd visit!!!
This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment is perfect for our needs. It really does have everything for a perfect stay. The kitchen has everything you want apart from a dishwasher which is no big deal! Far outweighed by the fact that there is a washing machine!
There are supermarkets aplenty around and about. There is a lovely friendly bar just about 100 feet up the road which is really good value ( opposite complis Meglio supermarket on the corner).
Totally recommend La Perla restaurant along the seafront and Planet Caffe in the town- AMAZING gelato!!!
Good friendly community within the appartments. Beach 5 mins away. Plenty of places to park along the seafront for those less able.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Die neuwertig eingerichtete Wohnung ist in einem Wohnungskomplex, der vorwiegend Engländer beherrbergt. Es ist dort sehr schön ruhig und sehr sicher, da man auf das Gelände nur mit Schlüssel kommt oder zum Parken nur mit Sensor für das Tor kommt.
Es liegt sehr nahe am Meer (durch den Hintereingang keine 100 m).
Die Dame, die sich um alles kümmert - Antonella - ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Family holiday
Well stocked apartment ( ie tv,video, wifi ,washing machine) situated in a loverly complex with seaviews,secured area and private swimming pool for residence only, close by all animaties loverly supermarket and plenty of places to eat .
Beach cafes very competitive prices with sun beds and umbrellas for hire.
Only draw back it is very noisy in August day/night when festivals are on !

Perfect place to stay and enjoy the delights of the Calabrian coast
The apartment is spacious, competitively priced and well maintained. The complex is located close to the beautiful Calabrian coastline with all the necessary conveniences close at hand.
