They are more interested in get your money than in giving you any service. I reserved this apartment for 6 nights, Monday to Sunday, and had a medical problem on the first day so I lost my plane and was unable to arrive that day. I tried to call them, useless, they did not answer the phone. I sent them a message via booking, and they said that I could not change anything. And the next day I discovered that they had cancelled my complete reservation because no show!! I arrived there but they did not let me in even I paid the full week, had a medical probleme and inform them of all my problems in advance.. Incredible. I wonder what could happen if just my plane had got delayed/cancel... they probably would have said the same. Moreover they did not let in my colleague who arrived the first day as the reservation was on my name!!! (2 bedroom apartment you would think there is two people -at least- going). Never had a problem like that before and I do travel a lot!

lovely apartment
Hosts are very friendly, speak perfect english, and will offer you advice of what to see and do in Vilnius. Don't be fooled by the grafitti on the outside of the apartments, inside is a little gem, plenty of room for 2 couples, every amenity you would expect, nice and warm, very important this time of year. Loved our stay and very reasonably priced.

Great classy stylish apartment
The place was simply amazing
-the location is very nice, the apt has river view, a couple of bus stops, supermarket, shops nearby. 15 minutes walk along the river Neris to the Old town
-style and cleanliness of the place are impeccable
-very well-equipped, has everything you need, free Wi-Fi
-the owner was very friendly and helpful
The only drawback I can think of is the lack of a lift. It might be a problem for some people as the apt is on the 2d or 3d floor.
Although the price is not low, it's worth it. We enjoyed our stay so much! Would love to come back!

Scam - Do Not Book this Apartment
2 weeks before we were supposed to arrive they have cancelled my reservation and now have the same deluxe 2-bed apartment listed on the same booking website for £40 per night more. These people are scammers and never available when I have tried to call. Avoid.
