1. Close the windows when you are going out of the apartment.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...)
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM)
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated

Apartments Ivana Old Town are located in the heart of The Old Town of Dubrovnik, only 100 meters from Stradun promenade where guests can revel in sights such as the City Walls, Rector's Palace and many more that this UNESCO heritage site offers or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, you can get there in a 10 minute drive. Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk away from the property.
