All the experience was very positive and went smoothly. The location: quiet street, two minutes driving from the public beach. Few supermarkets and malls closeby. Apartment: good for comfortable stay of two adult couples or family with two kids. Having 2.5 bathrooms offers a lot of convenience. Balcony with sea view is amazing. Fully equipped kitchen is very functional. Very reasonably priced - good value for the money paid Host was extremely helpful. Met us in person and explained everything about the place including even how to best reach out the parking spot. During the stay phone calls made were promptly returned. Al in all, definitely 5-stars experience.

Excellent vacations in Ramat Poleg-Netanya. Very nice apartment, very nice and long beach (good to walk and run), warm water, nice people.

We stayed at this apartment 3 years ago (couple with 2 grandchildren), and we returned this year (same crew). Time seems didn't hurt the equipment (first quality appliances, you can't hear the dishwasher !!!), and all the other advantages we knew from our first experience: the most beatifull view from the terrace, it's location (3 minutes by car to the Poleg Beach, same to Ir Iamim Shopping center), private parking, and for our particular needs, 12 minutes to our son's house in Even Yehuda. Of course we are planning to rent it again next year, even we will be only one couple (we take our grandchildren with us each 3 years). And this time we had the pleasure to meet Mr. Shabtay in person, a very nice person you feel you know him from before. Highly recomended.

This apt is as advertised and the owners are friendly. The location is convenient, the views are beautiful. Vey spacious, comfortable, modern. We'll want to rent it again.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and it was a very nice experience. The apartment has everything we needed, is well taken care of and has excellent location. The owners are also very responsive. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your apartment. We hope to be back.

My husband and I were so impressed with this property in Ramat Poleg. We had so much space to live in for 3 weeks. The balcony with a view of the Mediterranean was outstanding. All of the appliances made our vacation very easy. And dealing with the owner and his daughter was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this property and would use the apartment again if needed.

We were 4 people (my wife and I in the sixties and a couple of grandchildren 7-9 years old). Location: superb, for people who likes the sea, and easy to get there by car, no traffic jams in the quiet neigborhood. Even the asigned parking spot is comfortable, and near to one of the entrances to carry your shopping bags.... The apartment and it's equipment was the kind we would buy for ourselves. Furniture, appliances, (fridge, stove, wash disher, washing and drying machine !!!!) all first class. We don't give to it 5 stars only because some bathroom equipment (water push buttons) are beginning to show it's age, and the wi.fi connection could work better. But nothing too severe. Rooms are large and ventilation is excellent. (with more than 30 ºC we scarcely used the A.C.). And then, there was our favorite place to stay: the wonderfull terrace. You get fresh air, shaded most of the day, a 3 directions marvelous view (sea by west, Tel Aviv and sourroundings to south and almost up to the West Bank to the east. That was mostly our dining room, playroom, relaxation room.... As for shopping, you have at walking distance some minor supermarket and other shops; a little further you have the new Ir Yamim shopping Center, and crossing the route 2 you have the Ramot Sapir industrial and commercial center. And if you like crowds and diversity, 10 minutes north you have to the Natanya main downtown. We had a little misunderstunding after we left regarding the refound of the security deposit, but it was finally solved to our satisfaction. In brief, an excellent place where to stay, we would gladly return in a next oportunity.

It really is a beautiful apartment; luxury, modern, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent too, just a short walk away from the Poleg Beach and Shopping Centre. We really had a fab time there. Thank you

We stayed in the appartment for the whole month of July and made it our home away from home. The location is perfect. It's in a walking distance from the beach, short ride from the mall and of course Poleg is a great location in the center of the country so it's easy to go anywhere. The appartment is equipped with everything you might need, and gives a very 'homey' feeling with nice decorations and original paintings. And if that's not enough, it has a great balcony. Imagine yourself on the balcony in the evenings, enjoying the breeze, the sea view and the sunset. What else could you want? Highly recommended!

Just back from 10 very sunny days. We had a great time and the appartment was perfect for us to use as a base. Great facilities, comfotable beds, stunning views from the balcony both to sea and inland. Local facilities include supermarket and cafes with the newly opened It Yamin mall within easy walking distance. The beach is close by with a great bar/restaurant which seems to be open from sun up to sun down. The only reason we will not use the appartment again is that we have bought an appartment close by!.
