This was the worst rental service I had in my entire trip. We had reached the place around 10 AM as our flight was before the check in time we requested one Ms. Max to allow us to check in a bit early to which she kept repeating no no the check in time is 3 PM. We requested her to keep our baggages as what we would do waiting for 5 hours. She was overcharging us for keeping our baggages so we waited for her till 3 PM. It was a surprise that the professional "Ms. Max " took her wee time to drop and hand over the keys and arrived at 3.15 PM. She was very unprofessional and constantly shown signs of irritation(banging her slippers on the floor and was really loud while talking). My sis had booked the apartment and she (Ms. Max)blocked her and said she was not going to fly to arrive. Though the rooms made up for her misbehavior but such unprofessional behavior left a negative impact on us. Never in my life I m gonna book with them.

Terrible and Dirty unit 1613
Bad room! How could RM 400++ stay give you this terrible unit and bad experience all together at once! DISAPPOINTED! Even my family bitten by bed bugs! Dirty! Really not recommended at all!

Was okayish
We liked the overall complex. We stayed in house Madison. One elevator looks aweful. Room was okay, not super clean. Bed was totally worse, it made sounds and you could feel the springs. Room was very big. Rooftop terrace with pool was nice. Coffee place was tasty. Staff friendly.

Check ins to be 31/12/2017.
Deposit made. Confirmed by the agent several times.
29/12/2017 made call to the Regallia Residence Management to ask on the key pickups but was being informed name was not in the list.
Oh yes, I forgot to inform. I was made to informed the 3bd unit I booked for 31/12/2017– was actually given to a long day guest! Pretty smart eh?

Piscina increíble!
Lo encontramos de casualidad y no nos arrepentimos. Las vistas desde la piscina son impresionantes y el apartamento en sí estaba bien. Compartimos 5 personas y para cualquier problema nos ayudaron rápidamente.

Прекрасное место для отдыха с бассейном на крыше!
Апартаменты расположены на 20-м этаже. Большие, комфортные - кухня с гостевой и спальная зона, также есть гардеробная, санузел. В апартаментах есть все - утюг, фен, гладильная доска, санузел с косметикой для умывания, стиралка, посуда. В общем как дома. В самом комплексе для проживающих есть продуктовый магазин (цены немного выше чем в городе, но приемлем), кафе (цены завышены), хороший тренажерный зал, бассейн на 5м этаже и на крыше дома на 37-м этаже (вид превосходный). Проживая в апартаментах с бассейном на крыше нет необходимости подниматься на башни Петронас (вход 80 рингит) или телевышку Menara (вход 50 рингит), так как все и так будет видно, как на ладони! Возле комплекса находится городское метро, пригородные электрички, торговый центр, где можно пообедать и закупиться вещами (цены демократичные). Рекомендую для комфортного передвижения по городу пользоваться приложением Grab (азиатский аналог Uber). Выходит дешевле и удобнее чем на метро (если вас двое и больше человек).
Хоть апартаменты находятся на 20 этаже, но звуки машин (особенно мотоциклов) от дороги слышны были хорошо.

Utile per la visita della città
Si tratta di una serie di appartamenti di un proprietario, che li affitta a chi deve stare in città. All'arrivo c'è la possibilità di contrattare un driver per l'aeroporto che per noi è stato utilissimo. Elvis, ci ha dato le prime info per muoverci in città e si è reso disponibile per diversi spostamenti. Nel nostro appartamento si poteva tranquillamente stare in 6+ con 1 solo bagno. Ci sono 3 letti e un divano. La camera ha avuto sicuramente un aspetto migliore in passato, ma non le manca nulla ed è una buona base d'appoggio per la visita della città e uno sguardo allo skyline dall'alto. The worst experience en KL
Important to know that 6% taxes and 15 euros for cleaner service aren´t included. This is a bad residence which total price is 80 euros! (studio for two people without breakfast). It is really dificult to find this residence, many building around.
When we arrived the owner isn´t there, a women gave us the room key and went. When we saw our studio was dirty (gum in the fridge, a sock under couch, toothpaste used, unclean bath..), we have taken photos to show it. But the worst was that we could not sleep in the all night, our room is close to the main road: many traffic and the train is near, the noise it is horrible! imposible to sleep.
The next day the woman keep our baggage and in the evening she delayed 30 min to return us our baggage, we could have missed our flight!
The swiming pool not is in the residence flat, it is shared with other four big building, so a lot of people are here.
I think the owner only wants the money and does not care about client. I never will come back to this residence. In KL there are very good hotels for this price.
