I was impressed with the great location, cleanliness, and comfort the apartment had to offer.
First and foremost, the location was absolutely fantastic. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, which made it incredibly easy to explore all the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Whether it was strolling down charming streets, dining at fantastic restaurants, or visiting popular landmarks, everything was just a stone's throw away. I couldn't have asked for a more ideal location for my vacation.
The cleanliness of the apartment was remarkable. As soon as I stepped inside, I was met with a spotless and well-maintained space. It was evident that the property was carefully and thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, which instantly put my mind at ease. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean and tidy environment greatly enhanced my overall experience.
Moreover, the apartment was incredibly comfortable. The furnishings and amenities provided were top-notch. The bed was plush and cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the living area was inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen allowed me to prepare meals at my convenience, adding to the convenience of my stay.
I also appreciated the prompt and responsive service from the team. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly addressed, and the staff's friendly and accommodating attitude made me feel well taken care of.

My husband, niece and I had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the efficiency of communication, and the amount of information we got from Robert about how to get around the city, currency exchange, and local activities. Carmen was very helpful in anticipating our needs and helping us with the check in and check out process. If I could give more than 5 stars for this property, I would!

Perfekt läge mellan Palermo och Recoleta! Våningen är i perfekt skick, väl utrustad och smakfullt inredd. Vår värd Robert gjorde allt för att bidra till en lyckad vistelse. Han höll kontakt med oss för att försäkra sig om att vi hade det bra, rekommenderade aktiviteter och gav vägledande information. Vi fick också tips om mycket bra flygplatstransfer. I omgivningen finns allt man kan behöva, butiker, bagerier, restauranger, och kommunikationer.

We stayed at Robert's for a family trip, my husband and I, my mom and my mother in law. Our trip began on the wrong foot as my husband and I lost our flight and the mothers ended up arriving alone in Argentina. We were very concerned as they are not used to trave, don't speak any spanish and didnt have money on them. Robert reception, assisted by Carmen couldn't be better! First of all, they were very nice in indicating a trustworth transfer from Airport to the apartment which helped a lot, specially in this case. Secondly, and mostly, Robert's place is taken care by Carmen, who as he said himself, is a GEM! Fantastic lady! They lent our mom's some money, guaranteeing they could eat and buy some water until the next day when we arrived. Besides the incredible help, the apartment itself is perfect! The location is wonderful, everything is really well arranged and made to make us feel home. Honestly the best part of Buenos Aires was meeting Carmen and staying at Roberts, they really made us feel like family!

Nos quedamos dos semanas en este departamento (ideal para una familia tipo) a medidos de Julio, donde pudimos constatar que los comentarios previos le hacen justicia. Situado en pleno Palermo y rodeado de cafés, restaurants y negocios, el departamento ha sido completamente renovado y luce fantástico, incluyendo dos modernos baños completos y una cocina que ofrece todo lo necesario. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama "King" (a diferencia de las camas dobles que uno encuentra habitualmente en varios alquileres ofrecidos) y dos amplios placares, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene dos cómodas camas que se prestaron a la perfección para nuestros hijos de 15 y 12 años de edad. Tanto Robert (el dueño) como Carmen (la encargada local) son excepcionales anfitriones, corteses y serviciales. Hemos viajado constantemente a Buenos Aires por muchos años y tenemos que reconocer que éste ha sido el mejor lugar en donde nos hemos quedado, y en un futuro viaje volveríamos a alquilarlo sin dudar.

This apartment in Barrio Norte is in a perfect location. Flower stand outside the doors, market around the corner, restaurants everywhere marks this spot. We walked for days and barely touched BA. Robert is a brilliant host, helpful and caring. The apt is nicely appointed and worked for 4 of us just fine. AC is nice at night when it is hot outside. Kitchen well equipped and there is great water pressure for your showers. We highly recommend this VRBO

What a great time we had in Buenos Aires! The apartment was fantastic. Nice amount of of space, very clean and well appointed. The location was great; centrally located with easy access by walking and public transportation to all points of interest in the city. And we felt very safe in the neighborhood. But Robert was the best part. He helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport. He gave us great tips for what we needed to know to navigate the city and Argentina (i.e. money exchange, public transportation and recommendations on things to do). We could not have asked for a better host. Thanks for the great stay!

This is a clean, attractive apartment, with very good lighting, in a charming old fashioned building in the commercial center of Palermo. Although it is a busy neighborhood, the apartment is quiet due to double glazed windows and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms which was a selling point, and the main bedroom is very comfortable. The other bedroom can either be used as a sitting room, guest room or children's room. We were supposed to stay for two and a half weeks, but because of the coronavirus, and the suspension of flights to the US, we had to leave after 2 nights and 3 days. Through everything, from greetings us to our departure, Robert Osika was unfailingly welcoming, helpful and understanding. A sincerely nice person. He knew we were interested in museums and galleries and had enthusiastic recommendations in that department. Also for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Too bad we didn't get to stay and take advantage of all of his recommendations. But, Robert also had good suggestions on how we should proceed when we found our flight cancelled and needed to quickly figure out what to do.
