Very accommodating for family and friends. Slept 6 people comfortably. Property is clean, great access to beach, short walk to boardwalk with restaurants. The owner has fabulous communication on details. Linens and towels not provided. I would recommend renting. We didn’t and it was difficult to fit 6 people with luggage and all the extra bags of sheets, towels, beach towels, etc in one car! (Plus lots of laundry upon return.)

Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, nicely decorated condo with a great ocean view! A perfect place for our family beach vacation. Owners were great.

We had a great experience with this property. Clean, set up perfectly for my family due to the bunk beds in the second bedroom, great location, beautiful beach view. The owner was lovely and very easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I were lucky to grab this unit on a cancelation late in the season. We come to sea colony every year and as always had a fantastic time! The unit was clean and had every amenity we needed. Location was perfect and we loved the view of the ocean and pool! We’ll be back!

Property was nice we had a problem with the wine opener my sister really cut and bruised her finger and my niece almost did same thing. I was very impressed with all the paper supplies and equipment we enjoyed the chairs and umbrella weather was great thank the owners

We had a wonderful stay. The weather was great and we enjoyed our beach time and exploring nearby restaurants. My one complaint was that Sea Colony said I needed to buy rec badges. I spent about $135 on 3 badges and never once had to show them anywhere on the property!
