This house was absolutely perfect for our group! It was clean, huge - we never felt like it was too crowded. It's a short walk to the beach at an area that wasn't overly crowded like in the middle of town but still a short walk to the middle of town. The pool and hot tub were amazing for when the kiddos got tired of the beach. The house had more than enough refrigerators, kitchen equipment, it has everything you could possibly need. The front porch is amazing for sitting outside in the shade and the fans provide a nice breeze. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our family had an amazing time and will be talking about Rehobeth Beach for years to come. Even now, however, the cost to rent this property for the week was very high. We had to supply all paper products, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, towels for bathrooms, and hand soaps for all bathrooms. It seems when a property is over $15,000 for a week stay these things would be complimentary. Other than the cost, the home was terrific and our five grandchildren had a great week with much to do between the backyard pool to the ocean beach and boardwalk. Our grown children/spouses were very happy with the stay, however, it was a once in a lifetime for us as it was way over our family budget so we will not be able to enjoy this property in the future.

Overall, our experience at this listing was spot on. The location is blocks from the boardwalk and downtown, which was incredibly convenient. The house is also laid out really well, the pictures don’t really do it justice. Between the living room, kitchen and outdoor area, there was a ton of seating and space for 18 people. The pool and hot tub were also a good size, and because we went in late April, parking for 6 SUVs was not an issue at all. Their kitchen is fully stocked to cook, the bedrooms were all a nice size had nice bathrooms / showers. And once you closed the doors to your rooms, you didn’t hear much outside noise (which was clutch with 10 kids running around). David was our property manager and he was also very responsive and on top of stuff. For example: the pool ran low on chlorine and got all murky and cloudy, and he had a guy out within an hour checking the pool and fixing the issue. A couple of things we would have liked to see though. The property had no paper towels, toilet paper or hand soap in any of the bathrooms, and we had to bring our own sheets and towels. Those touches would have been nice. The master bedroom door and bathroom door also didn’t close properly . The general consensus was all love for this place, we will definitely try and rebook on a yearly basis.

I was welcomed by the homeowner Dave who gave me a tour and some information needed for the home. I had my nieces and nephew with me along with my mother and siblings. The rooms are spacious, and the 8 bathrooms was a joy having so many females on the trip. The family enjoyed the pool and the gathering space in the living room. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Rohoboth Beach DE.

This home was lovely. Best home we have ever stayed at and we been doing Vbr for years. This home is fully equipped with everything you need, starting from the kitchen to the bedrooms. Each bedroom has its bathroom. This home is very spacious. And, David is one call away. He made it so easy for us. He allows to check in and check out at anytime. David is great. *****

My family has been renting properties in Rehoboth/Bethany/Fenwick for years for the Christmas holiday. This house was perfect for the 14 of us, ages 3 to 60. Open floor plan allowed all of us to be together while still doing our own thing—cooking, eating, playing games, visiting. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/bath which is a real plus. Location is great to beach and restaurants/shops. Couldn’t ask for more (other than a second stove/oven)! David was fantastic to work with. Would definitely stay again.

This property fit our family needs wonderfully. David was wonderful to work with as well. All was very smooth.

Close to town and great living room/kitchen area to hang together

We experienced an easy arrival and David met us to walk through the sparkling clean home.The house design and furnishings allows for large and small groups of people to gather to chat, eat, play games, swim, lounge in the sun or on the front porch, and watch TV. The house layout also allows for privacy in one of the eight bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is located a block and a half to the beach and an easy stroll to shops, restaurants, and arcades. The house and location are WOW level according to us.
