It is located on 30a, with incredible Gulf views, and boasts its own private pool. The house is directly across from the beach and is easy access to 30a's 17 miles of paved bike path. It's the perfect place for families to enjoy this year's beach vacation. Aquascape is located in peaceful Dune Allen Beach, Santa Rosa Beach just down the road from Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant on Oyster Lake. It is also less than a mile away from Gulf Place where you can enjoy free concerts, shopping, kayak and bike rentals, a drug store, dining at several restaurants including Sunrise coffee shop and cafe, The Perfect Pig, La Playa and Pizza by the Sea. Aquascape is conveniently located close to grocery stores, golf courses, fine restaurants and shopping. Just minutes away from Destin, Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin, Seaside and Watercolor. This home is truly a retreat. Four rooms have their own balcony! Two balconies have gorgeous ocean views, from which you can watch the sunset and listen to the waves gently roll in. The other two balconies have views overlooking the lush landscaping surrounding the pool. The pool has a gated privacy wall so you can enjoy this tropical oasis all to yourself! There are large flat screen tv's in every room. There is an open floorplan that carries through the living room, dining, and kitchen. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a laundry room. The garage comes stocked with beach chairs, umbrella and a boogie board, which are provided for our guests with a beach cart.
