Located on the east side of South Lake Tahoe, this condo has an amazing location close to everything! Within about a mile you can reach hiking trails, ski slopes at Heavenly, beaches and sparkling water at Lake Tahoe, and all the wonderful businesses of downtown. On the other hand, you may prefer to stay at the Spruce Grove community's large, fully enclosed, grassy yard and let the children and dogs run around (doggy clean-up stations are available) while you sit outside and enjoy the sunlight filtering through the tall trees. Step inside this two-bedroom, one-bathroom, second-floor apartment and find a welcoming, rustic space that you will be happy to contact your temporary home. One bedroom has a king-size bed, one has a queen-size, and with a sofa bed in the living room, up to four guests will sleep comfortably here. You're even welcome to bring your dogs, but please be aware that an additional pet fee applies. Gather everyone together in the living room, start a fire in the gas fireplace, and watch some cable TV, use the DVD player, or stream music using the provided WiFi. A full kitchen has all the basic appliances and tools you may need to cook up meals during your stay. Outside, you will find several similar cabin-style condos that share a quiet, peaceful yard area. Use the gas grills and picnic tables to cook up a casual lunch outdoors, let the dogs explore the safe, fenced yard, and take a nice soak in the bubbling warmth of the shared hot tub! The Pioneer Cabin is an amazing place to bring your family or some friends to enjoy a comfortable stay and a great location. You can even rent multiple cabins at the same time, and have a family reunion, work retreat, or an unforgettable vacation with friends! Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations. *Please note that children of all ages count towards occupancy.
