El apartamento está más q bien esta cuidado hasta el mínimo detalle, cocina con todo lo imprescindible utensilios de todo tipo y todo muy práctico.
La TV del salón grande y el wifi tb genial

Muy limpio, muy bien amueblado una terraza con una sombrilla q t permite hacer todas las comidas allí . En la misma terraza escaleras q t lleva directo a la piscina formidable y muy tranquila nunca había mucha gente, y rodeada de vegetación q lo hacía muy agradable
Tenía aire acondicionado pero no lo necesitamos en ningún momento pq se tenías abierto siempre corría aire al ser bajo es más fresquito
Resumiendo genial de los mejores q hemos estado sin duda para repetir

Amazing apartment in a beautiful location
We have just come back from staying in this apartment for 1 week. It was absolutely perfect. It has everything you could possibly need. The 2 bathrooms was a great bonus and the pool area was beautiful. Perfect location close to shops and local bars. Lynn answered any questions promptly and was so understanding when we requested to change dates due to the pandemic. I would highly recommend this apartment and will certainly book again.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely setting
So happy to have been back to visit Spain in May this year. This apartment is so lovely with everything you need for the perfect stay and is maintained to a very high standard. It is so nice to have two bathrooms and two large outdoor siting areas, one of which leads down to the immaculate gardens and pool and there are even sun loungers at the apartment that can be taken down to the pool to soak up the Spanish sun. It is a short walk to a number of bars and lovely restaurants and the beach and board walk for great strolls with additional bars and restaurants to stop at and take in the view. I cannot wait to return in July with the family, such a great find.

Fantástico apartamento en Mijas-Costa para 5 personas
El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos y en la descripción. El mobiliario se encuentra en muy buen estado y está bien decorado, lo encontramos todo muy limpio.
El salón es muy amplio, más que suficiente para las 5 personas que nos alojamos. Las camas son muy confortables y la de matrimonio tiene 2 almohadas para cada persona, una más alta y otra más delgada. Ambos dormitorios dan también a otra terraza con lo cual tienen muy buena ventilación. El aire acondicionado también funciona muy bien.
Es de destacar la terraza a la que se accede desde el balcón, es fantástico desayunar con vistas al jardín y la piscina. Es una terraza amplia desde la que se accede directamente a la piscina bajando una escalera de piedra. Es de agradecer la disponibilidad de sillas para cuando bajamos a la piscina. La piscina es muy tranquila y se encontraba muy limpia. Todos los jardines están muy bien cuidados por un jardinero que está permanentemente cuidándolos.
En la cocina hay todo el menaje de cocina que se puede necesitar, desde platos hasta sartenes, etc. Se agradece que dejen un estropajo y una bayeta nuevos a estrenar, además de fairy, jabón de manos en los baños, etc. Echamos de menos una cafetera para el café pero usamos el hervidor de agua y filtros de papel, supongo que la mayoría de los huéspedes son ingleses y es más útil el hervidor para las infusiones (había también muchas infusiones de bienvenida).
La ubicación es muy buena, se puede ir andando a la playa (a la vuelta es cuesta arriba pero una persona en estado normal no debe tener problema), tiendas, restaurantes, pero a nosotros nos gusta visitar distintas playas y utilizamos el coche (también hay buses). Para los niños nos gustó la playa de Las Mimosas.
Craig, el hermano del propietario vive arriba y es muy agradable. No hubo ningún problema en salir un poco más tarde el último día para evitar tener que madrugar.
En resumen, es un apartamento muy bien equipado, muy limpio, bien ubicado y con muy buena relación calidad/precio. Nosotros lo recomendamos y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
La terraza, repito, es fantástica!!!

Absolutley Brilliant Apartment
This Apartment was just where we wanted, Near Beach, Shops Taxis all walking distance. The apartment was all fitted with everything you need very clean and beautiful furnishings we will be booking again if it is not booked up for the dates we want a credit to the owner Regards Pauline Smith.

Fabulous apartment
Apartment was really spacious and clean , plenty of storage space and everything you could want was available. very well maintained gardens and pool area, short walk downhill to shops,restaurants and beach. After shopping we would get a taxi back to apartment for 4.50 to 5 euro. Taxi rank facing supermarket. The owners brother lived above and was on hand to sort any problems out. Lynn the owner recommended James for transfer from airport to apt and return journey , I would certainly use James again very punctual and carried heavy cases up stairs for us. Weather was fabulous and if I go back to riveria del sol I would use this apartment again. Joan and Yvonne

Perfection
I stayed here for ten days at the end of August and the only negative was I couldn't stay for longer. The location of the apartment is great with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. The pool area is beautiful, very clean and well kept and surrounded by trees so it's also pretty private. The apartment itself is lovely and my god it's clean, so clean in fact, I banged my head on the window due to not seeing it (seriously!) I couldn't recommend this place enough, perfect for couples and families. I can't wait for my next visit!

Perfect holiday stay
This is our second stay here and I cannot recommend the apartment enough. It's spacious, spotlessly clean and tidy and lots of extras to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The two balconies,are a lovely place to sit over looking the gardens and we often enjoyed lunch watching the children as they enjoyed themselves in the pool below which we could see from the table. There is a handy guide in the apartment with information about the area and recommendations for restaurants, (if you get a chance Rocca Grill around the corner is amazing). The beach and shops are a short distance away and buses and taxis in the same area if you want to visit places such as Cabopino beach, Marbella or the Mijas waterpark. In all a superb apartment in a great location, what more could you want? We will definitely be returning.

Charming apartment
The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. It was lacking toilet rolls only 2 for the week and only 2 bath towels. Overall a lovely place to stay and very convenient for shops and bars.

The property is a self catering apartment and the replacement of toilet rolls is the responsibility of our guests. For your arrival my management team ensure that toilet rolls are available in both bathrooms along with a bath towel and hand towel per guest. I am pleased that overall everything was good. Apartment was absolutely perfect, everything we needed was there. Pool was great. Lynn offering the services of James to pick us up from the airport & back was an added bonus. Everything went smoothly. Excellent, relaxing holiday..... will definitely be using the apartment again & would recommend to anyone. Thanks Lynn
