The flat is spacious for us and clean and had everything we need. It was only couple of mins from the station so very convienceto go any where. We love our stay. Thank you.

Renting this apartment was very straightforward, Tammy was extremely helpful and informative. The apartment was very clean and exactly the same as the photographs, everything was catered for including an umbrella! Great location, 5 mins from subway and the bus service was also good. Good shops locally as well. Myself and my son really enjoyed our stay there and felt very much at home, would recommend it if you wish to experience living like a New Yorker.

My 15 year old daughter and I had a fabulous time in NYC when we stayed in this apartment for a month in June/July 2015. We spent our days exploring the city, then were able to come home in the afternoon to rest and get ready to head out again to enjoy the theatre, restaurants, etc at night. The apartment is super close to the subway and there are supermarkets and other convenience stores nearby. I must admit that this is not the prettiest of neighbourhoods in NYC, however the price made an extended stay possible and we always felt safe and comfortable. The apartment is exactly as it appears in photos and was larger than expected. Beds are comfortable, showers were hot, and it was great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. We did have a couple of small problems but response from the building manager was prompt and the inconvenience was minimal. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to my next stay in this amazing city. A month wasn't enough time here!

We had a fantastic stay in NYC in this great apartment. Everything was easy from booking, arrival, departure. Lots of space for NY and spotlessly clean-it was wonderful to have somewhere comfortable to come back to and relax at the end of each very busy day. Being so close to the subway (just around the corner) was really convenient. The apartment has everything you need- having a washer/drier was great for our 2 week stay with family of four- no time wasted waiting at the laundromat. For Aussies who love their flat white coffee- Lennox Coffee nearby do a great one! Would highly recommend this apartment

Everything was excellent!! The apartment is super comfortable and is one block from the subway. The area is full of shops and there are various supermarkets to choose from. We were lucky to stay during Harlem week and there were various activities going on. Our experience was wonderfull! We also booked the transfer to the airport and it was perfect. Tammy and Titi were really nice and helpfull. I would recommend it without the slightlest doubt! Thanks for everything!!!

We had a great time over NYC!!! The location of the apartment was excellent, just one block to the subway, Tammy the landlord was also great with the e-mails on time, the inside of the apartment was clean, with everything we did need for our stay over there, we really loved it!!!

Fabulous place. I loved this apartment - very nice and very comfortable. Gorgeous view of Garden from bedroom (huge bedroom). Just steps away from Metro - close to everything. Great restaurants and nightclubs within a short walking distance. Very close to Times Square and Central Park. Easy check-in/out. I highly recommend this apartment!

Great Location! Near train station! Great restaurants and lounges within walking distance! Get a real NYC feel of living! Great place for a group of friends or families. Only downside could have been a little cleaner but it was products available to tidy up ourselves. I would definitely stay again and refer people along the way.
