We enjoyed our stay (family of 4) at this nice, quiet property:

The team touched base regularly to make sure we were comfortable.
The ocean is warm and swimming/kayaking is easy & fun. The cove is very sheltered and calm (no waves). We swam every day in the ocean from dock. The beach is easy to wade into, although there are a few urchins once you are waist deep so we generally swam from the dock and ladder. The pool is clean and refreshing for a dip. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off from the pool/ocean.
WiFi coverage and speed are good although a bit spotty in the lower level rooms and at the dock.
Villa is spacious with good A/C and fans. Bathroom lighting is a bit dim and could use a fixture update / brighter bulbs (not a big issue for us). Our unit - Sweet Lime - had a TV so my Amazon-Fire was handy (not all units have a TV).
Outings and restaurants are a bit of a drive (driving in Grenada is an experience). I'd definitely recommend a rental vehicle.
Note: The road is unpaved and the driveway very steep. Our front-wheel drive rental really struggled for grip and clearance in the area. A 4x4/AWD is a must.
