This is a great apartment in a lovely quiet apartment complex with a great location central to both the old town and new town areas of puerto del carmen. The newly returned apartment had everything including washing machine, safe, wifi iron, hairdryer etc. included in the price. Oh and UK and ireland TV channels. For a quiet family or couple holiday I could not recommend highly enough. I will be back.

This apartment has everything you need for a brilliant holiday. It was clean and had all the essentials you need shop just over the road and everything is in walking distance. Would recommend to any one and hopefully will visit again next year.

We had a great stay in David and Kath apartment 216 over looking the pool, it had everything you need for a home from home experience, in between the old and new town and short walk to beach, a great location, quiet and relaxing, communication between David and myself was excellent, we can't wait to visit again. Thanks so much guys for a great relaxing holiday just what we needed.

Had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. It was really clean, the apartment had everything we needed to make it feel like home, pool area was great. Close to everything. Once we had booked there was was constant communication with the owner. I would highly recommend and hope to return in the future

Dave and Kath's apartment has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Everywhere is clean and bright. The balcony overlooks the large and smaller pool area where we relaxed during the day on the free sunbeds. It is situated in an excellent location for both the old town and new town where there are many many bars and restaurants. The beach is very convenient and is beautiful. Although we had our meals out there are facilities with everything you need to eat inside the apartment. Dave and Kath are very explicit with their instructions on arrival which we found very helpful. We found the washing machine an added bonus and there is no shortage of bath and hand towels. We have rebooked for next year and have no hesitation recommending the a commission and facilities.

Great location near to both old and new town.Lovely peaceful complex and great swimming pool.Spar across the road and other supermarkets a couple of minutes walk.Everything you need in apartment and great sized bedroom including safe,iron hairdryer and washing machine. Would book again.

Having stayed in these apartments on numerous occasions, we were very dissapointed in this apartment. On arrival the apartment was a big dissapointment the floor was filthy and grubby, my wife attempted to sweep the hair and dirt off the floor but the brush itself was sticky and full of dirt. The amount of instructions the owner gave us was unreal. But we didnt let it get to us as after all we were on holiday so we stayed out of the apartment as much as we could, after a few days I met a friend of ours who lives and cleans in the Lanzamar, she advised me to contact the owner which I did, he said he would contact the cleaner and get it sorted, she arrived and explained that she had subbed out the cleaning and the person who was supposed to have done it mustnt have done, she also arrived back that evening with fresh sheets, we dont know if the beds were clean or not as we lay on top of them as it was very hot. There was a massive improvement in the apartment after the clean The apartment could be doing with a bit of a revamp the floor tiles are the original and a lot of them are cracked, the bathroom would benefit with a shower as climbing into a bath for a shower can be dangerous the shower head is a disaster, the bathroom tiles are filthy, the sink was cracked, the kitchen presses were filthy also with tea stains all over the doors. The owner would be better leaving instructions for the cleaner than leaving a long list for the persons paying to stay, its the first time we were requested to leave 5litres of water and long life milk for the new guests, even though there was only 1.5 litres left for us we duly oblidged, with all the request of the landlord/owner. Just to be fair this review is for Apt 216 as we have stayed in at least 10 other apartments in this complex without an issue,the complex itself is brilliant anytime of the year.

Stayed for a week at these apartments. Lovely spacious apartment with all you need. Dave has thought of everything. The apartments are close by the Biosfera shopping and have a Spar right beside them. There is a heated pool also It’s a 5 minute walk to the Playa Chica beach or to the harbour. It’s a lovely stroll to the new town.

Perfect location just five minutes from Biosfera Shopping Centre and Old Town and a short walk to strip. Directly across the road from a well stocked Spar and a five minute walk to Lidl.. The apartment was bright and well laid out on first floor overlooking the pool with plenty of sun in evening in winter. Golf Course is five minutes drive or a nice stretch of the legs for 30 minutes. a good sized flat screen TV carrying a good selection of Irish and UK channels. The apartment was spotlessly clean on arrival with plenty of towels. Our boiler broke down while we were there but was promptly fixed without and fuss. A big thank you to Dave and Kath for renting their lovely apartment to us and we' re already booked in again for next year
