Having stayed in these apartments on numerous occasions, we were very dissapointed in this apartment.
On arrival the apartment was a big dissapointment the floor was filthy and grubby, my wife attempted to sweep the hair and dirt off the floor but the brush itself was sticky and full of dirt. The amount of instructions the owner gave us was unreal. But we didnt let it get to us as after all we were on holiday so we stayed out of the apartment as much as we could, after a few days I met a friend of ours who lives and cleans in the Lanzamar, she advised me to contact the owner which I did, he said he would contact the cleaner and get it sorted, she arrived and explained that she had subbed out the cleaning and the person who was supposed to have done it mustnt have done, she also arrived back that evening with fresh sheets, we dont know if the beds were clean or not as we lay on top of them as it was very hot.
There was a massive improvement in the apartment after the clean
The apartment could be doing with a bit of a revamp the floor tiles are the original and a lot of them are cracked, the bathroom would benefit with a shower as climbing into a bath for a shower can be dangerous the shower head is a disaster, the bathroom tiles are filthy, the sink was cracked, the kitchen presses were filthy also with tea stains all over the doors.
The owner would be better leaving instructions for the cleaner than leaving a long list for the persons paying to stay, its the first time we were requested to leave 5litres of water and long life milk for the new guests, even though there was only 1.5 litres left for us we duly oblidged, with all the request of the landlord/owner.
Just to be fair this review is for Apt 216 as we have stayed in at least 10 other apartments in this complex without an issue,the complex itself is brilliant anytime of the year.
