The property itself is absolutely stunning, sitting right in Coco Bay. We rented a 23' boat for the week and explored as much as possible with some pretty high winds for the first few days. Between fly fishing for barracuda, sharks and other tropical fish, to snorkeling for conch and spearfishing for lobster, to sightseeing turtles, rays and sharks, this place was absolutely stunning. The water was beautiful and the locals are among the friendliest I have ever encountered. Marg was amazing with communication and helped us out whenever we needed her. This location, as well as this house are an absolute must! We will be making this an annual trip from now on...hopefully!

Our stay at the Coco Point Cottage on Green Turtle Cay was nothing short of spectacular.
The house itself was spacious and beautifully furnished, with three comfortable bedrooms that were perfect for our group. The amenities, including air conditioning, a TV, washer and dryer, and internet, made our stay comfortable and convenient.
The location was a dream come true. Nestled in the heart of the Bahamas, the views were breathtaking, and the deep-water dock added an extra layer of excitement to our vacation.
The host was incredibly accommodating and ensured that our stay was hassle-free. The property was clean, well-maintained, and every detail was taken care of.
What truly sets this property apart is its serene atmosphere. Whether we were sipping coffee on the patio in the morning, or watching the sunset over the water in the evening, we felt a sense of peace and relaxation that is hard to come by.
To top it all off every evening we would jump off the dock to swim with the local sea turtles.
In summary, our stay at Coco Point Cottage was a memorable experience. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and adventure. We can't wait to return to this slice of paradise. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in the Bahamas!

What a gem! The house was perfect for our family. The caretaker, Marg, was very helpful. She met us at the ferry and guided us to the house and gave us the lay of the land. The house was immaculately clean. The views were stunning. We will be back!

Our stay at Coca Point Cottage could not have been...
Our stay at Coca Point Cottage could not have been any more spectacular. The cottage is nestled right in Coca Point with a lovely beach, turtles, wildlife and a great place to snorkel and relax. The house is nestled with an unbelievable view of the bay. You’re able to take advantage of both sunrise and sunset in this property. Everything worked efficiently and we were comfortable in the home in every way possible. The caretaker and the owner of the property were responsive to every question in every need we had. We would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Green Turtle Cay. If you have a large boat as we did you will be amazed with the large well kept dock and the sea life teaming under it. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

The home and location are better than the photos. Marg met us at the ferry and helped transport our luggage to the house. We had rented a golf cart, nice ride into town. We really enjoyed our stay, our boys would wake up every morning and go fishing off the dock, which was nice having since we rented a boat for the week while we were there. We will rent again, hopefully soon. Loved it!!
