The bedrooms lead on from the hallway, along with a family bathroom with a shower The enclosed naya seating area also leads onto a beautiful exterior terrace overlooking the pool area and gardens. The garden is attractively tiled and terraced, leading down to a secluded 8x4m swimming pool with mature Spanish trees and plants. Off the pool lies an outside shower cubicle. Excellent service offered with our villa rental; 24 hour emergency callout service, should you have any queries or concerns. Meet and greet, welcome packs. Personnel on call to ensure your stay is fully enjoyable. Extras We provide all bedding / linen (one bath towel and one hand towel per person). One cot and one highchair. Any extra beds, mattresses, cots, linen or beach towels can be provided on request, charges will apply. Moraira has grown from a fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort. This picturesque village is perfect for relaxed family holidays. It’s beautiful marina, is home to many luxurious boats that sit in the clear blue Mediterranean waters. Most days the local fisherman auction off their catch of the day. We enjoy over 300 days of sunshine per year with average summer temperatures in the high 20s deg C.To soak up all this sunshine Moriara offers a great choice of various sandy beaches and coves with clear blue waters. Most of these have blue flag status, frequented visited by snorkelers and scuba divers. You will also find a abundance of small café shops serving wonderful coffee, cakes and snacks. Ice cream parlours, supermarkets and many small boutiques shops selling shoes, clothes, jewellery, local produce and more will be found as you walk around the town. Moraira also offers a range of activities for the whole family to enjoy, from hiking, golf, tennis, cycling to scuba diving, parasailing, sailing lessons as well as quad biking and go-karting racing. Easily reached by car are some larger towns which are well worth visiting: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea are all within 15km, while Benidorm is only a 30 minute drive away. Alicante one hour south and Valencia one hour 15 minutes north. The valley of Moraira has no towering hotels and apartment blocks, due to strict planning controls, and the luscious green countryside is just dotted with whitewashed independent luxury villas mingling with pine woods and cultivated wine terraces and orange groves. This provides an idyllic setting for those wanting total peace and privacy. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals who prefer and enjoy an independent holiday. Moraira enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature exceeds 20°. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination. If you like open markets, then apart from the weekly Friday market held next to the beach, you could plan a visit to the various markets held at nearby resorts. You can buy fresh fruit, local specialities, leather goods, clothes, rugs, souvenirs, pottery and a whole variety of other goods. Car hire is recommended since there is little public transport, you may need a car for sight-seeing. Local Information: Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, 1 hour from Alicante airport and 1½ hours from Valencia Airport with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both. The town has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday resort retaining it’s considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe.
